hi, for your coffee you should use real espresso powder and not filter coffee powder (made for a French type coffee machine) that is why your coffee doesn't taste as strong as you want it to be. I'm Italian, this is just a friendly advice :) just found out your channel and enjoying it so far
you can see that on the coffee packing you bought there is a drawing of the french coffee machine, also Italian coffee made in a moka (just like yours) isn't as clear as yours, normally is so much darker and not that watery, hope it's clear 🥰
