The thing about that tragic and I do mean tragic police incident you have to have evidence if you’re going to a ledge that he did this intentionally. Have to have evidence if you don’t have evidence that he did something intentionally you can’t hold him. He can always argue it was truly an accident you have to be able to prove otherwise. You can’t hold someone beyond three days in most states without charges and charges require evidence to support them you can’t just charge someone with something without evidence. You have to have a statement you have to have a witness you have to have some blood DNA something but if you have nothing you don’t have evidence you don’t have evidence that you don’t have charges. Which means you don’t have a prisoner you have someone who hast to be let go. You have to investigate the situation you have to find out what happened what can he tell you happened why did leave you’re into that mean he has to give a statement or rather he better get a lawyer and the lawyer has to say something. A prosecutor would say something here’s the evidence we have showing you did something a defense attorney would refute that evidence at trial.

Garland will Prosecute Trump regardless of ANY Investigation. He was appointed by Joe Biden, and Trump will be running against him. First Garland will do everything he can to prevent that and second he wants to keep his job.
