    Many people are in pain, emotionally stuck in their past trauma, and are unable to move forward and live a happy, productive, and healthy life. Some deal with unresolved physical, psychological, and mental health challenges. This leads to depression, isolation, and even suicide.
    As a lived experiences expert and a seasoned therapist working with victims of extreme trauma for over 20 years, Lorena P. Frey shares: The one easy tool that can give you an understanding of your unexplained mental and physical suffering.

    Lorena P. Frey, MS, LMFT, is a bestselling author and keynote speaker. As Founder of the Immigration Diagnostic Evaluations Academy, Inc., Mrs. Frey’s IDEA training program includes key components of forensic interview techniques developed by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
    Mrs. Frey implements the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) study to work with survivors of sex trafficking.
    Her story of surviving trafficking and her work on trauma has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, the CW, FOX News, and the Las Vegas Tonight Show.

Your words are special to me - as I read your books i have begun to understand the magnificent garden (WORLD/society/family) we live with as we try to mange and mitigate life's obstacles.
