An the 10% of American cars are owned by old people who put no more than 5K miles per year and keep their cars all the time in a garage. What I call regular maintenance is oil and filter change every 3-4K miles. Also break pads 2 times and spark plugs once.
I have a fully loaded 06 CTS and I love it except for the fact that I have had it to the dealer about once every four months for a warranty repair, I love it but I am scared because my warranty is about to expire and all that Iittle stuff will add up. Even though I do love it, it will be the first and last GM product I buy, if they would put their vehicles together better I would be a life customer, GM pay attention to that comment because that is an all to common phrase from everyone

I don't care too much for this srx. They hit a home run with the first generation, why not just improve on something that's already good and stable. The new one lacks the functionality and the utility of the more wagon-esk model. Maybe that's supposed to attract buyers to the cts wagon, but maybe not!
This has nothing in common with a Saturn Vue. It's bigger, shares no body panels, no engines, and has a different interior. Even the chassis is different.
Their is nearly nothing in common with the two besides the chassis but it stops there. I do admit that Cadillac still is not up to par with the germans, hence the reason I bought an 09 c class over the cts. Cadillacs are nice but they just dont have the overall refinement that the mercedes or BMW offer.
This is nothing more than a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox with Cadillac badges with more leather and softer materials for the interior. GM hasn't learn their lessons from the past. No wonder why they need to be bailed out by the FEDS. TAX payers deserve better than recycled Chevrolet models with Cadillac badges.

Toyota barely introduced lexus in japan in 2005. More than 3 quarters of the lexuses are sold in the USA. Toyota can get away with this here because we cant see that they are glorified tin-can cars with no soul! If you left this country you'll see that no one else would spend that kind of money for a glorified toyota.

It looks like some hard knocks does wonders to a company. After 2 decades of hubris, It looks GM is putting some heart into the cars they make.
