Remix Records was my go to record shop when I was a teenager (about 14) run by Jimmie j, this was in my bag and given to me for free, one sided promo. Over the years 'Runaway', 'Red Balloons' and 'Santa Maria' also found their way in. Didn't think Jimmie J liked me hanging around all day when I should have been at school, but after a while there was always a treat waiting on a Friday when I could actually pay for the tunes I'd put on layby. Really want to visit the new Kniteforce store, I miss record shopping and Luna Chris has created something special, a really nice person and keeping the vibe alive.😊
+Stephen Challens this was underground as fuck, the whole scene was jus underground when u think of today, theres alot of cool music out there all genres but this was RAVE music , when everything was different, the drug culture was, like exctacy taking was a culture bk then, u took it at raves n raves only unlike today , all that came part n parcel with that rave scene of the 90s its all captured on this record in the Breaks
Piano magic as always with these two
Reminds me of a place and time no one will ever be able to understand again
Fully understand!
That little harmonising bit at 3:20 is beautiful.
Matt Ayres word
I picked this up at Central Station (Brisbane) after getting to meet the guys whilst they were on their tour.
