Great knife I bought the last one off the site and I can’t wait for it to show up
You’re gonna love it man. Thanks for watching and the sub! 🤜
actually there was a manix, then the manix 2 is the purple one you have, the teal and blue are called manix 2 lightweight made of frn =)
Why did they use CPM M4 steel. Seems there’s so many other steels out there with a little better rust resistance. Just curious what everyone thinks
I went with the coated blade for that reason. They still have them on the website if you can snatch one up in time. Also 1000 other Spyderco knives to chose from if you can’t make your mind up like me 👍🏼
Hey, thanks for watching. Who know how they choose these steels. I think they sometimes contract the steel to the lowest bidder. Personally I like M4 because I don’t like spending 30 minutes sharpening a knife but it’s still tough. Yes, you have to maintain it more than less corrosive steels but I think it’s a good all around steel that made it have a slightly better price point that let’s say s30v. Still, I love the knife and my kid used it once and it had a huge gouge in it but I was able to smooth it out with a ceramic rod in about 20 minutes. Again, thanks for watching and if you like gun reviews check out my last video!
That Cobra thin black is gonna rock my Mini Grip 556. Your content and committment to the community is appreciated.
Just ordered this one today.
@@yoteslayer77 great pic! Thanks for watching!
The g10 versions are manix 2’s 👍🏻
Just bought one for $135, not my favorite scale color but couldnt pass on the price.
Nice. I’m going to dye the scales like I have done before. Maybe a darker green.
the manix 2 is my all time favorite spyderco. Got the bd1n, spy, cruwear, and mint m4. They are great!
Yea man they are addicting little knives! Thanks for tuning in and welcome!
Got a one bhq exclusive and a g10 version love em both
Nice! Thanks so much for watching!
Bro Thanks! Still can’t believe I won something 😂
They should have done the screw together construction. I might just use the blade for a g10 version 🤔
You’re absolutely correct. When I finished the video I remembered to mention that
@@motoknivesandgunsbyjt Yeah, I picked up an all black manix lw last May that had screws. Don’t know what happened 🤷♂️
@@DuhYaThink I had one of those and sold it. Regrets.
I really like this color. I have the mint green native 5, sage 5 and now the delica 4. I'm trying to resist this Manix but I'm sure I'll give in at some point.😆
I actually have an exclusive Mint for sale on my eBay store. Daddyfourtimes is my store!
I feel like Eric's designs just don't fit my hand right in the choil area, it always either puts me in a weird pistol/trigger finger grip or if not, I'm hanging off the back of the knife.. the Sal and Eric combo's like the pm2 and para3 are just right imo.
Interesting. Some people I know connect a lanyard for extra grip.
Wrong last name but oh well! lol your the best
Sorry miss. I just address people here as shown on their screen name.
