Tell Mogley to heat the wheels in the dye but not to long and not to high heat it might melt them. Maybe a medium heat. He may have to do it a few times. Let them cool and do it again.

Seeing you guys skate one of my locals gets me so hyped. Check out westlake next, Mogley was there like 2 weeks ago and he ripped it apart. Not the best but would be really sick to see the Powell team destroy my local. Even if it isn’t the best park ever built.

Matthew reminds me of Tony Trujillo. I grew up skating with Tony at our local park in NorCal, and he’s got the same sort of natural park talent Tony had. Tony never left the park, only to bomb the hill to TBell with us at lunch time. Otherwise he never got involved in any street sessions with the rest of us. Honestly, not sure where skating is exactly, but Matt would probably be better served just focusing all his attention in these type of parks instead of tagging along on street sessions. That was Tony’s secret to his success. I mean he sessioned a few street sessions with us, but in the same sorta way Matt joins you guys. Eventually he got so good in transition it must’ve gotten boring, but he was so good at skating by then, that he could make his street skating work by sheer will. I should probably try to find all my old camcorder footage of Tony from ages 11-13 or so. Hmm

Just put the dye in some water and soak white Dragon wheels over night. You can only go darker when dying so starting with fresh white wheels is preferable
