QT was referencing Marina Abramovic's performance art in 1974 called Rhythm O. "The work involved Abramović standing still while the audience was invited to do to her whatever they wished, using one of 72 objects she had placed on a table. These included a rose, feather, perfume, honey, bread, grapes, wine, scissors, a scalpel, nails, a metal bar, and a gun loaded with one bullet.[2][3] There were no separate stages. Abramović and the visitors stood in the same space, making it clear that the latter were part of the work.[4] The purpose of the piece, she said, was to find out how far the public would go: "What is the public about and what are they going to do in this kind of situation?"[5]" Read the short Wikipedia page for this. I am so thrilled about this episode. QT is my favorite streamer, and I loved the rapport between QT and Cody and Noel. I love that y'all speak to your guests with genuine interest -- it made for an amazing episode.
Definitely big respect for QT. Really value her insight
This makes me feel SO sad. As a kid when we went to Disney world my dad joked about being obsessed with pocohantas and paying extra attention when we went to her part of the park. It was always a joke my male cousins laughed at, and now hearing QTs story that makes me feel so terrible bc what if my dad touched Pocahontas like that :( I was literally 3 or 4 but like he’s made jokes about it my whole life. That makes me really angry that that sweet cast members would be subjected to that.
Don't feel sad about that. Leave your dad alone. It's a funny joke. Thats all
@@Xvladin you were dropped on your head as a child
It doesn't neccesarily mean he was doing that though, maybe he just liked looking at her. Still kinnda fucked up, but hey...maybe makes you feel a lil better
i have to hope he just means he really liked Pocahontas when he watched it growing up i guess so thats why he jokes about it, and not necessarily the person in the pocahontas costume
@@GuineaPigEveryday I think its more just that he thinks Pocahontas is hot (which isn't wrong). That's a cute funny joke for a Dad to make with his kids!
noels goofy impression is so funny the way he said oh man (1:07:07) is so funny
