    A funny thing has started to happen lately. I've been listening to your meditations for about a year now. Whenever I start to get anxious or in a situation that may induce a panic attack your voice pops in my head. "Hi I'm John". Suddenly my heart rate slows down and I'm calm. Thanks for all you do!

    Hey John, want to thank you for all these videos. I started doing your meditation videos from Goodful and then found your UA-cam page. Been doing these for a few months and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in self awareness and self love. Thank you for these videos because you’ve helped me so much and I’m living a fuller life because of these

    Hey John, Every time you said “hi, I’m John.” I would smile, and say: “Hi John!”
    Your voice carries warmth. There were a couple of times I burst into tears after your greeting, because at that moment, I felt supported.

    I honestly don't like any male meditation leaders except for you. I feel like you can really see me and understand exactly what I need, even if your meditations were recorded months or years ago. I listened to one last night and it legitimately made me cry with "I am worthy of rest." So, thank you, John, for helping me feel like a worthy and functioning human being

    I’ve been using your guided meditations for about a year now. Your self worth session was quite impactful and I cried quite a bit doing it. I will keep using it because it felt cathartic. Thank you.

    I love this. So very true about people who have many "worthy" things on the outside but lack self-worth.
    Thank you for sharing John, always such a delight! I look forward to these on Mondays, even tho I don't always get around to watching/meditating with them on a Mon 😄🙏🏼

    I’ve been listening to your meditations for a loooong time now and they’re extremely helpful.. would love it if you could post one for students as well! Or maybe for mental exhaustion 😅

    Hey John I’be been doing your mediations for around a year now and I’ve improved greatly in my mental and life because of them. However lately I’ve been finding myself unable to move on from the past and it’s hard at times to bring myself back into the present moment. Is there any chance you could do a longer mediation of moving on from the past? The longer videos have always helped me the most.

    Hey, I’ve been listening to your meditations and was thrilled to see when you got your own space and immediately followed there! I noticed how your music fits perfectly to the mood you create, how you give space to quiet the mind but also enough direction so one doesn’t get lost inside and how the meditation flows smoothly and doesn’t seem long even though its longer than most I’ve listened to in the past. I’m inspired by your content and now have a dream about creating a mindfulness group in my community and was wondering if you had any tips you can share with me?

      The best tip I can give you is to just start. Find like minded people around you through social media and start meeting. Often, focusing around a mindfulness-themed book is a great way to bring people together. Be well!
