I have scoured the Web over the past three years and have found YOUR voice, cadence, and music to be the absolute perfect combination for me. I have suffered with depression most of my adult life, and without getting too personal , these past six years have at times dropped me to my knees grasping for additional solace to my daily anti-depressants. You have a special talent that has calmed me, and I SO appreciate you. By the way, I find lying down during this meditation most relaxing. Be well.

I'm only 19 but I've struggled with OCD symptoms my whole life, although I only found out that these things weren't normal a few months ago. I have always been left so exhausted by my obsessive thoughts; No one ever warns you about how tiring they are. I am fortunate to have access to therapy and medication which have both been life-changing, but this particular meditation of yours is an absolute blessing. To truly heal, you must change your mindset, and this video helps you do just that. Thank you for teaching how to accept and learn to cope with obsessive thoughts, anxiety, etc. Your videos help me find peace, and although I'm still very new to meditation, I can already say that it has been life changing. This brought to me perspective and logic when it felt like an impossibility. I feel transcended. Thank you. You have no idea just what this did for me. It’s been a while since I’ve allowed myself to meditate and this brought me to tears. And I’m not a crier.
I read the comments before listening to thsi and I thought the comment "smiling in the middle of the meditation" was a bit odd. Then, I found myself smiling in the middle of the meditation. I get what you mean now.
I cried at the ending part. The voices of wanting love and scared of not being loved clouded my true voice towards myself. I started to remember all the moments and memories where i felt incredibly loved by family and friends, and I realized that i am indeed lovable. I kept telling myself "I love you" as if im telling somebody else. I find myself giving out love but often forgetting to give myself some. Thank you for the meditation.
