- This video is about Su vastika Inbuilt lithium battery ESS or Lithium Inverter having built in lithium battery of 4KVA capacity. In this video Mr. Kunwar Sachdev founder Su kam is giving the knowledge about this 4000VA In built lithium UPS. This 4KVA lithium Inverter/Energy Storage System can run one 1.5 Ton Air conditioner along with other household load like fridge, TV, Washing machine, fans and light etc. This has the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity with the mobile application which can be downloaded from the IOS and Android store. Nahi aisa nahi hai. China se A grade battery bhi milti hai agar aap pay kar sakte ho to, uske alawa Tesla se, LG se, Sanyo se bhi batteries kharid sakte ho. Tata ne UK ki ek company se tie up kiya hai aur unka ek partner China me bhi hai plus ek Japanese company AESC bhi is me partner hai wo sab milke special battery design kar ke unke EVs me use karte hai. India me sabse pahla Li-ion battery cell banane ka claim Ola electric ne last week hi kiya hai par wo cell open markets me nahi milenge kyuki wo log abhi apne e-scooters me hi wo use karenge.

Maine abhi recently purchase kiya hai yeh wala model, hamare yaha roz 4-5 ghanta light jati hai, mujhe yeh puchna tha ki agar din mein 2 ya 3 baar battery charge karna pada toh mera electricity bill jyada toh nhi ayega na. please confirm 🙏🙏

We received the product today, but the warranty is missing. The required dongle for checking the warranty should have been included. The product price ranges from 60,000 to 70,000. When we contacted the service center, they informed us that the dongle is currently out of stock and suggested we check back next week. They mentioned the dongle costs around 1,200 and will send it once it is available and paid for. Its must have device to check this product. Also service and Installation is not provided by the company. Main unit is available on Amazon and Flipkart, but this same 4000 va model is available with two pricing with different display.
The warranty starts when you plug in the unit and Wifi Bluetooth dongle will be delivered soon to you as now the dongles are available. Pricing we can't control as its sold by different dealers online

What is the logic behind selling it separately if the warranty and load check are only available with the dongle? Your customer service agent informed us they don't have knowledge about products sold via Amazon, yet we received a GST invoice from your Ghamroj Sohna Haryana office. As a suggestion, if pricing varies by 10k for the same unit, include the warranty check device in the packaging. It's like selling a car without keys.

10 se 24 second ke liye peak load kitna le sakega? I have auto changeover system with genset which takes 10 to 12 sec time to change, I just want to cut this time
Our UPS switches very fast which let the Computers etc keep working and the peak depends on product capacity but all our product has peak capacity of 3 times

अभी तक बड़े बैटरी कंपनी जैसे Exide, अमर राजा जैसी कंपनी लिथियम बैटरी के क्षेत्र में नहीं आई है। इसलिये थोड़ा इंतजार करना बेहतर होगा। वो सर्विस दे सकते हैं। छोटी कंपनी कब कंपनी का नाम बदल लेगी वारंटी के डर से क्यों की अभी तो लंबे-चौड़े वादा कर देंगे। बाद में गायब हो जाएंगे। ऐसा मेरा मानना है।

Sorry to say that your inverter units are immatured. My first LI 1100 found faulty, replaced unit is still faulty.Waiting for again replacement. I take risk to adopt new product in market, but become difficult to trust if I don't get support. For example I've adopted BLDC fan in year of 2016, but I got huge immediate support from Superfan whenever faced problem.Expect the same from your company.

Yeh wala model mein wifi nhi hai,, aur bluetooth ka range bhi bohot kam hai, bluetooth connect kiya toh inverter ke nazdhik jana padta hai, ek room se dusre room mein bluetooth nhi connect ho raha hai. Overall this is the perfect Inverter for my home, mere taraf se 4.5 Stars.
