Since they moved to their new home in 2006, The Gunners have often been derided by the football fan-base for having a "quiet" stadium with a poor atmosphere, however now with an improve decibel level and a raucous crowd, we ponder whether fans honestly sing the "is this the Emirates" put down with any integrity anymore?!

Seems like you are getting a lot of love from us Arsenal fans, and I'm going to continue that now. What I appreciated was the attitude of your manager ( and you guys in this video) to the last gasp goal celebrations. Yes, the pitch invasion from all of our staff was probably not too good, however, totally understandable given the circumstances. If that was Wolves or many other teams, such a fuss would have been made, the celebration police would have been out in force. But you guys took it like men, understood that it wasn't disrespect to you and refused to cause a stink over it. For just that, you earned a lot of respect from our fans as we have had a lot of that flak before. You fought hard , good luck staying up.
Came to the channel for the Nelson goal reaction, but stuck around for the humanity of the presenters. Really interesting to see how the experience was from the other side., and very refreshing to listen to two blokes talk football without all the Social Media infused hype bollocks.

Re the wig shops, this reflects the needs of the people living in the area, eg people of colour who tend to use wigs and hair extensions more. So Pak's Cosmetics is for Black Afro hair and cosmetics :)

Hahaha great content! Little bit of defence for the Arsenal atmosphere as a season ticket holder… admittedly it was one of the more nervous atmospheres this season. We weren’t as riled up as we would usually be, because (and no disrespect intended) it was Bournemouth and we were expecting an easy win. To your credit you stunned us in 9 seconds and then went 2-0 up into the second half! The atmosphere didn’t get going until Partey slotted home our first! But my word that last second goal 😂 never seen scenes like that before
Following your assessment, The Arsenal qualifies for a “decent day” out. There’s a lot of objectivity from you good guys. Love your humor too.
The beers weren't that expensive when you think about it. Less than £7 in a London Stadium! Buy one at the nearest Odeon then see if that's steep. Good vid, nice ambassadors for Bournemouth.

I'm an arsenal fan and been going home for last 9 years. This season has been the loudest emirates has ever been and that game on sat is not only the loudest I've ever seen the carpet its poss the best atmosphere I've ever seen anywhere idk what game you were at it was buzzing in home end
I have a soft spot for the Cherries, I’ve spent a fair amount of time down in Bm over the years but never got the chance to go to Dean Court/The Vitality.
The Faltering Fullback is a gem of a pub, also, they usually serve good Thai food, maybe it was too packed so they shut the kitchen.
Hoping you can take some points off of Spurs so we don’t have to face them in next year’s CL

If you want a friendly boozer get off at Holloway Road Piccadilly Line and walk to the Enkel Arms , bottom of Seven Sisters Road , away fans are welcome it doesnt get overly busy lots of tv,s and get this they allow you to take food in on Match Days and your get 2 Pints for under a Tenner
As a Bournemouth fan I have to say this is much worse than the 9-0 loss to Liverpool. There was something about the way Arsenal toyed around with us and fucked us, it was complete domination. Even when we were ahead, it still felt like we were losing. I felt so powerless after this match.
I'm an arsenal fan and i can tell you it felt the complete opposite for me. It felt like your lot defended REALLY well, were strong, dangerous on the counter, put 11 behind the ball and frustrated us to no end. We only won because of the crowd, the momentum we had and the fact that we just threw all caution and absolutely went for it. Really just perspective but i cannot believe how you lot are at the bottom if you can play exactly like that more often than not. Good luck mate, hope you lot stay up ahead instead of other teams like Everton or West Ham tbh.
@@TheRobotsWillEatYou Appreciate the kind words about our team's performance. I think the trouble for us is, that performances like that are so few and far between, usually either the attack is good and the defence isn't or vice versa, the midfield can create or nobody can score (which we still have a problem with tbh). We rarely have a performance where it all clicks like we did there and after waiting all season to see one to end up getting hit with the minute goal at the end just makes you wonder "Is it all worth it?", I know I'd be tempted to think that if I was one of our players after that game but that's football as they say and on we go to keep supporting this mad team 😂.

Appreciate the balanced comments on the atmosphere! Seem like nice guys you two. It has definitely got better last 2/3 seasons. I think a factor of it not quite being as good as you'd heard it might be is that recently nerves have started to creep in. Early part of the season was quite care free but now the title actually feels a possibility it's defo bit more nervy. Still think we stayed behind the team quite well even when 2-0, although certainly wasn't raucous. The scenes and limbs after the last minute winner was the best I've ever experienced and I'm an st holder, so bmouth will always hold a special place among my football memories!

Great video. The atmos at the Emirates has been good now for the last 2 seasons. Put people together who want to sing, quite a few older season tickets left due to covid, so there are more younger people, who want to sing. The song was the final piece.

Another Arsenal season ticket holder here, stumbled across your vid and loved it - curious to watch your other content! Always curious what it's like for away fans at the opposite end of the stadium from me - we've not done too bad! Always had a soft spot for Bournemouth, spent many a glorious lads summer weekender there, loved the vibe!
Worlds End is usually my pre-match venue - lots of decent beers and they can be relaxed about fans mixing; earlier in the season a lot of Forest fans were there and was a nice friendly atmosphere. But you can't knock Faltering Fullback, good beers, double screen area out back and the 3 storey beer garden is incredible in the summer!

Very honest video. Good content! When you get a sucker punch like that, and you still went 'Decent Day' - that takes some serious balls. I really like the rational tone of the video, no yelling and screaming. I wish more fans videos would adopt that. Best of luck for the rest of the season.
Having watched your match day blog on the Arsenal v Bournemouth game, I feel your pain in conceding a very last kick of the game, as a Arsenal fan myself I have been there and shed many a tear. I hope that you guys stay in the premier league, you have brought something different to the league. As for the wig shops, in this area of London there is a very big ethnic and cultural population who use wigs etc for special occasions and religious ceremonies, also these shops sell the hair products that these people need to look after there hair. Just to add have a good rest of the season and finish above Southampton.
Obviously, Drayton Park is your best station for The Emirates, but requires a change at Finsbury Park when coming in on the Tube, or alternatively, parking at New Barnet, Oakleigh Park or New Southgate and coming in direct on a Moorgate service.
Not sure what it's like these days, but Drayton Park was usually always the quieter station out of itself, Finsbury Park and Arsenal Tube.

I think the 6 for atmosphere was pretty harsh though: conceding the second fastest goal in PL history to the team in 20th place would leave even the best of fans in a state of shock. That's not exactly a normal/ representative match circumstance.

Arsenal fan from Dorset here! It’s easier to park at Osterley station if you’re heading up from down here and take the Piccadilly line eastbound to Arsenal. Bit longer on the tube but avoids driving on the m25 which is always a winner 👍🏼 good luck for the rest of the season!

Great review! I wished I could've been there but it's got ridiculously hard to get tickets to any home match at the emirates. I would note however that there is an offer on pints whereby if you buy them at least an hour before kick-off they're £3.95 or you get two for the price of one (the offer seems to interchange between the two every time I go). Not particularly helpful if you're getting into the stadium under an hour before kick-off but it's not too bad considering the average cost of a pint in London.

Hi Lads, been going all season. The atmosphere been great all season but the 3pms been oddly quieter. Maybe not being on TV affecting the atmosphere. The atmosphere at Brentford (H) was bizarre.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Arsenal fan in NYC. Had my first trip to the Emirates in 2019 and sat just above you near the Singapore Gooners banner. Your experience brought back that memory (although we lost to Palace when I went 😂). Left London as a kid so this content is brilliant, keep it up 👍

I will say as a season ticket holder there, you didn’t really get the full experience of the atmosphere. After the first goal went in that’s the most quiet it’s been all season- usually this season the stadium has often been at it’s loudest after we concede but like you say, we were literally stunned. I would say when it got to 2-2 that was a fairer indication of the baseline atmosphere through games this season. And like you say, Spurs/United at home this season was a different level above that.

Great video guys. Very reasonable and even handed. Quite funny too. I recommend The Coronet on Holloway Road for a drink next time. It’s a large converted Art Deco cinema foyer and always has a good atmosphere.

You must remember that some supporters work for B.O.A.C. At Hurn until they they move to Heathrow and a lot of people moved to the London are my Dad was one of these and I still follow your results even though I support Arsenal
As an regular match going Arsenal fan, whilst our league position has had a small impact on atmosphere, it has been like this since last season and it’s mainly due to the likability of our squad
