I never liked small dogs until I finally got one. Had a chihuahua mix named Ralf for 17 years. Amazed me how much attitude could come from such a little thing. He wasn’t afraid of anyone or anything. RIP little buddy.

I also had a bigger dog at the same time. I currently have a large dog. ❤️

My mothers maid screamed aloud one day and Onyx flew in their and STRAIGHT to the spider and killed it, 2 or 3 seconds from 50 ft away in her perch overlooking the property. Now I got my Lou man chu, aka Coon paw McGraw, lol, who is a fist with her near same build with a born stub tail and looks pit and rat terrier and he is pretty durn smart too due to curiosity and analyzing. He is my life! I wouldn't be here if the Lord hadn't put him in my life which I am now so grateful
an 8th dimentional being that is so sweet! I have a 4lb yorkie and she’s curled up in her bed now...She has a little jumpsuit on so I think she’s pretty warm lol she never let me wrap her in a blanket, she always wiggles out of it 🙁😅

Had him for a couple years when I was finishing high school and working my first job and did my very best to take care of him, but my parents got sick of him and gave him away without my consent. As far as I know he's somewhere in New Jersey. I pray all the time that he's happy, healthy and getting all the love and snuggles he deserves.

What a gorgeous, angry little gnat! 🤣🤣🤣 We loved our girl and miss her terribly now that she’s gone. Her favourite place was snuggling in my father’s jacket with just her little face peeking out. She weighed only 1.3 kilograms fully grown. She was tiny but still the boss of all the other dogs in our family.
chis are very possessive, even with their humans. my grandma had a tiny one, he had been with her for ages. when my grams got sick a nurse would come and administer meds at home. the dog would hide in her robe and when the nurse would lift her arm to take her blood pressure doggo would jump out and attack! it got to a point the nurse would ask were he was hidding and throw a towel over him. when my grandma passed her and the dog became such good friends she asked to keep him.
My Granny had a Chico,he was about 9-10 she let him out one day and he got ran over by a car.He always went out but that day he took off up the rd.i was little and he always growled at me.but i loved him.My baby now it 10 i hope she makes it to 20

But this can vary a little based on your dog's personality. I have a shy Chihuahua, he doesn't like novelty, so he trembles a lot. But he is super calm, quiet, and never aggressive even when scared. They are always great loving dogs if you raise them properly and respect them.
