Just discovered your channel, Dave. How awesome! Hooked up with my wife 20 years ago because of Velvet Revolver - invited her to a 2004 gig and the rest is history. Maybe you remember me, I was the guy up front at the Munich show wearing a black t-shirt🤘😅
When I was a teenager I always wanted to see a tutorial directly from a VR member, this is amazing Dave, I wish you all the success, you have a new subscriber from Mexico
I enjoy the Velvet Revolver albums more now than I did as a teen. Scott had a very hypnotic dancing style that I loved and my friend sold his Jackson RR1 in favour of Dave's green Fernandes Ravelle. Good times.
Seeing you live in Athens Greece in 2005 with Velvet Revolver was crazy! I almost lost my final exams to get my degree but it was worth it!!! Miss these times... God bless you! Subscribed asap!!!
Yeah I managed to watch you guys AND pass my final tests. It was one of the best live shows I have ever seen. If only you kept going. Contraband was such a monumental album. Wishing you all the best. @DaveKushnerMusic
Definitely an underrated song. Love to play this one on my bass, but have been meaning to learn it on guitar. Will you consider doing tutorials for songs that velvet revolver did as covers e.g. wish you were here or Mr Brownstone?
@Dave wasn’t it recorded in Cleveland? Saw you guys there in 2005 and yall played it live for the first time..:I think I remember Scott saying that’s at least where he recorded his vox.
Awesome song, Kept looking at that Iron Cross in the back😂 You always looked a bit like him. First VR video I saw I was like, Dafuq is James Hetfield's lost brother doing playing rhythm guitar for Slash? And YES, that's how the solo should have gone 😂😂😂
@DaveKushnerMusic By definition, Papa Het cannot look 'funny'. Hair or no hair, he is cool AF, and so are you, Dave Shredfield! Own it. If I could trade my hair for your chops, I'm going cabrio yesterday.
It was McKinnley., She was a safety patrol and if her memory is correct, she thought you were the patrol on the opposite corner. Keep on rockin, Dave, I’m doin my best to keep up

This song has a quintessential VR sound Dave! Great breakdown
My friend and I saw VR in Chicago in 2008. We both walked away from the show talking about how Dave’s energy and chops were tremendous. Great stuff.
At The Riv?
