- Fax documents from the document feeder on HP LaserJet Pro MFPs
- Adjust the paper width guides.
- On the Home screen of the printer control panel, touch Fax.
- Enter the fax number.
- Start Fax to scan the original document and send the fax.

Do you offer a service to efax? when one does not have a telephone line?

Or use HP Digital Fax feature. This feature helps save paper and ink as an alternative to printing faxes, and can provide access to faxes when you are away from your printer. Please refer this document for more information: bit.ly/3Nw9BLB

Hi, I am using Pro 8020. I would like to know how to : 1. Enter alphabets using the dial pad when I am faxing, for example, can I enter Johnny directly on the dial pad (he is in the phone book contact list) instead of his fax number? 2. Print out the whole phone book contacts list? Thanks.

Hello, I am wanting to preview faxes before they print from senders. We have been getting alot of spam faxes which waste paper. Wanting to preview faxes sent to us to review prior to printing.

When sending a fax it keeps restarting, said power failure. Yet it works when sending local faxes. Can you help?

ok, I do EXACTLY as this says but when I put in the phone number to send a fax it WILL NOT SEND. IT ALWAYS has extra numbers in the phone # and will not send. WHY???? SO FRUSTRATED!!!! And yes, I am connected to a fax line.
