It's a very good all in one printer. It still works like new, the only issue I get is that, at times, I have to reconnect it to the wifi because it disconnects when you try to print wirelessy and that isn't a common occurrence , just only occasionally, other than that, it works perfectly.
I have an account with HP, and they ship me ink, so I utilize HP ink, only.. I am not sure if you can use any other brand, possibly if it's an exact style of the cartridge, but to be honest, I am not sure

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.
I see your wi fi light is blinking while you were printing an alignment page. Mine is not blinking and I can't find WPS password. Do you know where can I find it? I spent already 5 hours watching all videos how to set the printer
While settings up the printer, the light should blink, if not try unplugging the printer , plug it back in, then go to the printer and click the section on wifi connections, do the setup once again, also you might have to manually type in your WiFi password that is located on your WiFi router. You may have to download the HP printer app to successfully link the printer and your phone on your same WiFi. I hope you are successful, I know how frustrating it can be.
@CalebFracasse you will have to use HP plus, the only way around this is if you use an optional cable from your laptop or PC directly to the printer, and I am not sure how that would work or which type of wire to use, sorry I can't be of help
If it's from the apps in the printer, I can't help you. My only suggestion is to screen shot the directions on your phone then print it following the HP printer app on your phone.
I bought it on 8/12/2023 and I still cannot get it to scan or fax or make copies through my laptop or cellphone somebody help me, why is the reference number showing up as 8020 and the actual number says 8025e when I scanned for the 8025e the 8020 was shown.

It should automatically move towards the center once you open the top base. Youll have to move the touchpad up, then youll be able open the top base up... once you open the printer the cartridge should move so that you can change the ink cartridges.
HP printer app --which you get to at the end of this in order to actually use this cheap plastic printer costs $69 per year or about $7 per month!and after paying for this, my computer can still not find and connect with the printer!
I give a step by step via screenshots toward the end on how to install the app, I did it like this because the video would have been much longer, but you can get an idea of how to install it, I still have and use this printer and work as good as the day I purchased and set it up. I am sorry if this video didn't help you, but for me and my use of the printer, it's worth the monthly fee.
That's strange, you might have to call the place ypu ordered it from or call HP help number.. But you can find one I am sure on ebay and it would probably get there quick. But yeah that's not good.
@@cirespeedreviews My PC is working great. I have no issues with any other device. The HP Printer is straight out of the box. :-( I wish HP's service people were more responsive. 8-5, Monday thru Friday only. Long, long, long wait. No help yet. I will keep trying.

@@cirespeedreviews Issue solved. We had to dig really deep into the system to find the issue. 53 minutes! The issue has been noted by HP so that HP can correct it. Very complex and needs to be factory toggled at their end before shipping, I guess. Not all setting work for all regions of the USA. Who knew?

printing the paper aligned it it scans it to make sure it is aligned!

It's saying the print cartidges can't move but nothing is jammed when I look. How do I fix this????
