A Medical Facility is the best way to go. Your requirements are great! Sanitation is key! Supplies and Equipments! Overhead cabinets on the wall to save on space! Amazing new development. The sky is the limit for caring, Selfless, Dr Kebe
Congratulations! Humble beginnings is OK . A sink with plennty water and desinfectant soap it's very Important.
I will suggest that the sink should be in the examination room/ your office. Just a very small wash hand basin. You can’t be stepping out to the main entrance of the shop to wash your hands each time you want to see a new patient

You can drill the wall and do some piping and install your hand washing basin cause you are lucky the tap is just adjacent to your shop. Then when relocating you just seal it, but the location is amazing even your neighbours in the same building will be your customers beautiful

If you can, do not forget to hang one of your paintings 😊.The sink will need to be inside for staff and customers, not foot traffick.,. The layout of the athletic shop has the counter going in the right direction to maximize space. On free services Sunday, you may need to set. A limit. You are in avery busy area.😊

That's a wonderful idea to be in your profession and offer help to others.
I fear that it's gonna be a long line. Because lots of people need help. You may have to provide some type of seating for people to sit outside. Because there's not enough room inside. Then you would have to secure your seating. So that people don't walk away with them. Maybe something that folds up that could be put inside when not in use. People may show up not feeling well and need to sit down or lay down.
Maybe someone can make you 2 or 3. Nice benches that fold up. You have great carpenters in your city.
