"Pharmacy" and "Chemist shop" are exactly the same thing. Maybe Chemist is more common in UK usage. "Pharmacy" will be more understood in Europe, it's a Greek word. Chemist is from an Arabic word "Alchemy". In USA they call it "drug store"

That building,that space looks very nice. It's already done. It looks like you don't have to do any construction inside. It needs to be a certain environment too, if it's going have something to do with a pharmacy or a clinic or a hospital. You shouldn't be next door to where you sell food, or were you buy wigs and clothes. It seems like you only have to put shelving.And maybe a desk inside . Wishing the best on your Journey..😊
