I believe he is a position to raise expectations and his enthusiasm is second to none . I wish him all the best and look forward to seeing QPR V Shrewsbury Town
Good luck Gareth, finally some positive news and reason to feel optimistic. As lovely as they are and can be within the club and in the sovereign suite there is no O in it! 😊😉
Come on Gareth we are 100% behind you and Richard , keep us up this season will be a excellent achievement and fingers crossed future investment may lead us towards the top end next season
I came up with a new chant for Shrewsbury 🔵🟡🔵🟡 We’ve got super Gareth Ainsworth He knows exactly what we need Toto at the back Tommy in attack Shrewsbury on the way to Championship Come on Salop !!!🔵🟡🔵🟡
The club released this interview today and by what Gareth said he was already Appointed manager before the Burton Game so why the delay? but also best of luck in getting that team scoring goals and winning games, if he does keep us up he is indeed the Messiah and not just a very naughty boy
I'm a Swansea city supporter but a soft spot always for Shrewsbury for 40 years unfortunately the owner or club hasn't invested in a academy which is paramount for young players coming in and financially going out . Stand still in modern football and the trap door is very near. And difficult. Many conference teams are better run than Shrewsbury,,,,,,,
Dark arts come to Shrewsbury. Desperate times will make desperate time wasting from 15th minute if ever in front. Tying shoe laces, turning round as ball is handed to players. Change of player at throw ins. Goal keeper and everyone else goes down. Needs must but pushing the rules big time. Seen it when we played Wycombe as a Gas Head. Success by any means ? No thanks
@@STFCVlogs mate people supported Hurst till he shown he was actually awful people will back this manager till things go down the pan if he does good then we all will be happy won't we?
He Talks the Talk but unfortunately can’t carry it through. He wrecked QPR to the core I can assure you he will not be moving from his Berkshire home He needs the money, complete and utter joke at QPR. One thing the QPR players hated was being called the BOYS utterly condescended. He has not learned a thing !!!
You gave him 8 months, any manager deserves more time than that. Also, I didn’t really see QPR pulling up any trees before Ainsworth, and how have they got on since he left? Bottom aren’t you? Doesn’t sound like his fault to me, gone backwards since then.
@ That’s correct we gave him eight months, eight months too long 25 games and five wins the most dreadful football I’ve seen down at Loftus Road for years long ball kick and run. Total patronising players, calling players boys with his greasy long hair and his cowboy boots he looks a clown and he is a clown. He should do well with a small provincial club like yours As for our current position, I’d rather be in the position with this manager than playing hoof football under Ainsworth
Gareth clearly isn't messing about. Best of luck.
I’m liking this positive talk, we have been lacking that, for sometime.
I believe he is a position to raise expectations and his enthusiasm is second to none . I wish him all the best and look forward to seeing QPR V Shrewsbury Town
If he saves us from relegation this season with this team, he's a miracle worker!!
incredible appointment
Great appointment, well done Roland and Micky ⚽️
All the best Gaz! He'll do a good job for you guys
Said exactly the same at QPR ! Good luck you will need it!
Welcome to shrewsbury Gareth. Absolutely buzzing GABA🔵🟡
"If they can keep up".... brilliant marker for the squad
sounds great - give hell on the training ground - a wake up call is everything these players need.
Very excited about this. Think we'll see an uptick in form for Shrews.
Great appointment and a great interview
Hooray! I love this positivity. We are going to try and stay up. It can be done, and I think it is going to happen.
Exactly what we want to hear. +++ 💪🏻⚽ Come on Gareth we can do this👍🏻🙂
What an appointment, was incredibly pessimistic about the season but now have some hope
Good luck Gareth, finally some positive news and reason to feel optimistic.

Welcome to the club, very happy with this appointment.
Huge Apointment 💪💪
Good to see.... Wild thing back... A character n a decent manager... The only way is up...
qpr fan here, good luck shrewsbury i hope you like long ball football
I’d worry about your own club mate
@@watts4433 dont say i didnt warn you
Welcome to the club, I am looking forward to seeing what you can bring!
time wasting if in front, other well known dark arts - long ball football - that's what he brings
We live in hope, hope is a higher value than before he arrived. Kick asses time
You deserve each other.
Great interview. Welcome.
He is giving a good impression by the way he talks

I think Gareth Ainsworth is a great move for your club. (Birmingham fan)
cant believe we have gareth as manager, absolutely brilliant.
might stay up but dreadful tactics when in front. Games ruined

There is a mention of being bottom of the league, so must be recent.
Would of been this morning I would imagine as he also mentioned Sean Parrish for last night aswell
Best of luck to him . I hope he is a long term appointment . The constant chopping and changing of the management every season is extremely annoying .
I would have stayed put if I were him, his turn to be QPR boss again should be coming back around in a few weeks
Not with christian as CEO. Our next manager will probably be some random guy from regional Spanish football with ‘GoOd AnAlYtIcS’
Good manager do you well lcfc
Very promising
He was Wycombe manager
horrible displays of time wasting at wycombe. Nothing to be proud of. Its not football is it?
@watchvids6826 his Wycombe side was old sam Vokes ,Akinfenwa ect
Dare we hope now?

He’s a nice guy, but an utterly useless manager.
Relax a week Saturday his tone will change , when we pop another defeat in your locker KRO
Shrewsbury are screwed......
Think ur getting a bit salty if im being honest
