For those of us who don't live where we get to experience the four seasons, your videos are pure, nature therapy. They feed my soul! Not only do the videos have a calming effect on me, but your wording catches my attention when you say things like, "And as the earth woke up the flakes got bigger, and before you knew it, the rust of autumn was covered in winter's first crochet." Awe, such poetic artistry! Thank you Kyle for getting some of us through life's dark and dull times with your beautiful videography and storytelling. 🙂
I have found this channel 3 years ago by accident and i love it. After spending the last 12 years working every day to build a business i was able to reach my goal and sell the business and now i want a more simple life. Instead of a bigger house and i dreaming of a cabin in the woods. Loyal follower from Belgium, thank you.
I was waiting for your new episode. Watching your old videos repeatedly all day long. I have never seen snowfall, but I can feel it after watching your videos. Love from 7700 miles away ❤❤
Kyle, my friend, your solo walk through the snow touched woods grounds me again and reminds me of what is real and true and lasting. Thank you, Kyle, for your gift to the world.
❤ winter’s first crochet… you are a poet, Kyle. Your ride with those bikes with your childhood friend was awesome. Those New England sights at the end were amazing- so much color, richness and beauty.
Kyle I can never get enough of your blizzard drone shots! They are riveting! They speak to me in chants of poetry... You narrated one last year I believe the voice of an old man and the village if I remember correctly... Just makes me want to write! Thanks for another great one... ❄️🎶🎥🖋 👍
You have no idea about the way you just make my day better with your videos Thanks dude for being a part of my life really appreciate your work Keep going !!
“The rust of Autumn was covered in Winter’s first crochet,” took my breath away when spoken in this video. Your gift of prose (though I consider your storytelling/ narration here extraordinary as well) beginning with these words of yours in this quote above and your exquisite filmmaking made this video a truly MAGICAL experience. Your narrations and visuals transcend. Thank you for sharing your vision with us all. 🙏🕊
Every time you guys uplosd a video, I wait until I put the kids to bed, glass od wine ready, and relax as we've been following your videos since forever! Always loved your work and wish we could experience the same here in Mallorca! Feeling the cold from your videos. Un saludo tonyou and your Mrs.!
Kyle, you and Ally have life figured out. It's going to have bumps in the road, but you move on and don't focus on the negative. I start my mornings out with one of your videos every day. This video is one of your best. I smile watching you at your home, your friends, and the thanks you give for your life. Blessings to you. Thank you.
Your videos are beautiful, my husband and I watch them every day during breakfast, my heart is so happy to see all the wonderful landscapes and places you show us. Soon, we will move to the USA. We are from Brazil
oh yeah, I wanted to add to the comments about the drone shots of snow. Sometimes it looks like it's snowing UP. I think it's because the drone is descending faster than the snow is falling. It's the first time I've seen this and it's stunning. You got some talent, mister. Thanks.
There’s nothing like the first snowfall to charm you into winter. I love it. It’s so relaxing and inspiring. Thank you so much for the gift of your video! Much love. ❤
It’s amazing hearing that owl…. Here in South Georgia, our owls make the same sound, but they have a much more drown out and fluid sound, very much the way the southern accent is slower and more drawn out, compared to a Northern accent. I have noticed that also with the Whippoorwill. Up there, their call is quick paced and down south it is slower with a more drawn out melody. I thinks it’s amazing that accents not only effect humans by region, but also birds. Great video, I’d love to spend the Holidays in your part of the country…it’s beautiful there!
Skiers welcome the snow in Colorado, but I don't ski anymore due to severe arthritis and have been dreading the first snowfall. It means I have to get out my cane, limit my time outdoors for fear of falling, hire snow removal, and hope I don't hit any ice while driving. After watching your video today while soft flakes fell outside my window, I was okay with it. I also got out my guitar and open-tuned it for some improv. Thank you.
The healing art of Grandma Moses' paintings gone next level, so very good and beautiful. Thank you for taking all of us with you back to the roots of nature and being. Warm greetings from Germany❤❤❤
It has been few years since I've started watching your vidoes. Man, the way you have improved to be the person who you are today is purely magic. I think this sort of UA-cam channels has certain brand of viewers and thats why it doesnt become super hits; but thats okay. We enjoy what you create. Back in those days ,I was enjoying your videos while having a coffee from a country where we dont get to enjoy the beauty of four seasons. Today, I'm seing your video while having a coffee when the outside is fully covered with snow. North American continent is truly beatiful. So grateful. Your videos have been a true inspiration, I hope it inspire many in the long run. You make us closer to the magical nature.
Such a beautiful video! You really capture the changing seasons like no one else thru your lens and narrative! Prayers for your family for whatever you all might be going thru.
i have been away awhile...you know..work! your videos are ART!....i enjoy every single second...when you you breath the winter air...how do you capture that...its beyond me...keep making what i consider perfect content...love you bud...

These videos touch my soul in so many ways. The beautiful imagery, the music, every single video makes me feel so much better after a long day, a difficult situation that I faced or if I am just tired and feeling that I am not able to go on. I watch you go thru your troubles and frustrations and see how you overcome with love, positive attitudes and most importantly good bread and get a renewed spirit to tackle things in my life and be successful. Thank you Kyle and Ally for your inspiration, keep the videos coming.
I grew up in Upstate NY but it's been several years since I've visited and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Thank you for capturing the beauty of the woods and the changing seasons for us. It's such a precious beauty! SDG
Thank you Kyle for making these videos of the Berkshires it’s an inspiration seeing how you live life up here, I live here in the Berkshires as well and seeing your videos makes me and my buddies strive to live life like you and explore the many dirt roads and trails we have up here in towns like windsor middlefeild hinsdale and Washington. We bought two ebikes last winter here in Nh. Life changing. Do our shopping with them, trail ride, go fishing, find spots others just can’t reach and on and on. 2k miles in 9 months. (Get a 2nd battery btw)
I love watching this video, for one it shows multiple seasons. I long to see this with my own eyes. But I can experience it through your videos for now. Each little tiny detail in the video draws me in closer and closer. And makes me want to see more. I hope to experience this just even a bit. When I will be moving shortly to Johnson City, Tennessee. I'm hoping to see some of this beautiful countryside. Equal to what's shown in your videos. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. And when I relocate in a very short time, about 2 months from now. I will continue to watch your videos because they are so relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for your time and effort and producing such a fantastic video.
19:24 What is that building? And why does it have a tunnel-looking thing? Does someone live there, or is it a historical abandoned place? Sorry, too many questions I know.😁
I love seeing men talking about and doing creative things and pursuing artistic endeavors. It makes me so happy because of how suffocated masculine creativity has been in the past. I love that. To see you guys enjoying life and being at peace in nature is so beautiful. Also, this whole video is the best. The snow on the Autumn leaves and the frozen drops of water!! Perfect.
Beautiful footage, Kyle. I am an Upstate New Yorker but do love your Vermont, as well. When I would travel to Arlington my breath would always be taken away when entering a stretch of highway upon seeing the first of the Vermont mountains. ❤
Haven't been able to watch an episode since since the end of August and specifically "They're kicking us out", video. Am glad to see you're still in possession of the cabin. My son and his GF have you to thank!!! Because of this video, they are both getting an EBike for Christmas!!! Haha! Beautiful video as always!
I loved this! Your narration is as beautiful as the filming. It reminds me of how John Boy on the Waltons would narrate, and it is really comforting.
"My computer day was out the window"...that's brilliant! What was out the window surely brought about more computer days.🙌
Wow those drone shots in the snow were hauntingly beautiful.

We relocated to GA from NY 30 yrs ago and I dubbed it the land of two seasons: hot & not 😂
It's been mid '40s in the mornings (until about 10 ish🙄) to end in upper '60s. But I'll use any excuse to boot up😊
I got the weather warning for the ongoing winter storm from Chicago through to New England and my heart just fluttered to my loving memories of growing up on Long Island.
By Thanksgiving, there was usually a flurry or two, but we knew it was only a matter of days before the big stuff would head our way from Upstate.
Dad worked w a tree cutting operation after his shifts on the LIRR so wood was always being rotated, seasoned, ready to go.
I remember stoking the little 2-3 foot cast iron workhorse of a stove early mornings to get ready for school while mum prepped tea in a pot on top with diced ginger, orange & lemon slices.
Not even a THOUGHT of it being a snow day! The plows may have dusted some salt to give traction, but that bell was only 40 minutes away.
Layer one, layer two, layer three and I'd swoop through the kitchen to grab my thermoses, one w the tea, sweetened w honey and the other filled with homemade chowder. Mum kept the little chest deep freezer stocked w frozen clams she'd gotten from the docks & shucked earlier in the fall and plenty of salmon and snapper cleaned, fileted, and ready!
Some mornings she'd prep thick slices of toast smeared w preserves made from the grapes that grew out back and seared kielbasa from the butcher.
I've been blessed w a next lifetime with one who appreciates the beauty of simplicity. We take treks to hike the N. GA mountain trails regularly, both embraced healthier eating decades ago, work on home projects monthly, and love reminiscing of how 'normal' walking to school in the snow was (although not necessarily 20 miles uphill barefoot 😂).
It's wonderful to see you two working so in synch.
~Best to you!
Beautiful.
That definitely sounded like a Bigfoot call, and I spotted some tree trunk structures they make when you were cycling. ❤
Absolutely love this type of weather, and flyfishing to boot. Enjoyed watching. 👍

Our trees are different in Oklahoma because we do not have the colors like you have. It’s been wonderful watching these autumn videos.
Excellent document of your November adventures. Loved every minute of it. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for tuning in!! Cheers!
