25-mile backpacking "loop" via the PCT | Obsidian & Linton Meadows, 3 Sisters Wilderness (July '24)

A 25-mile loop of sorts. JULY 2024.
Night 1 was spent off-trail in Obsidian Meadows.
On day 2, we went southbound on the PCT to Linton Meadows, Eileen Lake, and finally Husband Lake.
On day 3, we hiked back (via Foley Ridge connector and then PCT northbound) to the Obsidian Trail, and took a gnarly off-trail side quest to camp out at Spring Lake, hidden off the Obsidian Trail.
*Permits: Central Cascades Wilderness Permits must be obtained ahead of time to go hiking from the Obsidian Trail, or to go backpacking overnight anywhere in the Three Sisters Wilderness, between June 15-October 15. Info at Recreation dot gov
