@@chaosinc.382 i do believe that the reason he slowed down so much during the races is because he kept on slamming into walls and losing control, breaking would mitigate this, and if it is possible, clever drifting would negate that entirely. ironically, going too fast caused him to end up in the back end of the line of racers

I guess my question is, would you say that there is enough content in this game that is F2P to keep it interesting without having to pay for a subscription? I'm planning on playing this with my homies and don't want to be disappointed by the lack of tracks if there are any.

I’ve been playing Trackmania since childhood - I still have the CD for the original game, and United was one of the first games in my Steam library. I haven’t played any of the other games (this is TrackMania 2020, which Ubisoft decided to screw with by making it subscription-based) but it’s still nice to see RT enjoying Nadeo’s flagship series.
The track at 8:40 reminds me of an old mobile game I used to play where you're an orange car with jet boosters. Just looked it up, Jet Car Stunts. 10/10 would relive childhood memories again.
When i saw the final level, i immediately thought of Baby Park, and i was happy when RT put on the baby park music. Imagine if RT actually let the song speed up to chaotic levels, instead of skipping right to it.
Something I learned from watching Wirtual is that as soon as the car goes airborne, you press the brake so that it locks the car’s position in the air until it hits the ground again. It’s a good tip to keep it from flipping over from a bad jump and allows you to maintain your speed when landing
When RT said "Go even further beyond" I had two options: 1. Start screaming till I pass out 2. Scream "PLUS ULTRA" at the top of my lungs. Either way I screamed my ass off.
I've noticed that RT will gravitate towards any object in front of him. Trees, barriers, energy beams from Hollow Knight bosses, you get the picture. In driving terms this is called not looking where you want to go. I suggest he play Touhou to fix this problem. Or die a lot. That could happen too.
