amazing product, I got mines in Costco Canada... yesterday I got the opportunity to use them and they helped me to reach my 6km hiking, they really make a difference when you have knee or back pain !! Love them !
Just received your cork handled, quick lock trekking poles and love them. Just 1 question is there not a left and right pole with regards to the straps? Properly holding the straps from underneath I notice the one pole (left) rides perfectly (with the soft cover that is sewn in on the inside) around wrist and outer thumb area but the other pole strap doesn't ride the opposite for (right) hand, so the soft cover I mentioned is in same position on both poles? In time just riding against the bare strap without that little soft padding as on the left pole may cause chaffing in that area. Perhaps noting that adding straps with a left, right b applied. Unless there actual is and I just received 2 left poles? Please let me know? Thx
Lee, Thank you so much for reaching out. Our poles are in fact ambidextrous. I’m very sorry to hear that you are experiencing discomfort with your straps. Both straps should work in the same fashion. You can find a great for the wrist straps on our channel. Happy Trekking Cascade Mountain Tech
