Adobe InDesign: How To Export Embedded Images

To extract the images from your InDesign document you simply need to:
• Select the image
• Then right click on the image name in the Links panel
• Choose Unembed Link
• Choose No at the info window
• Then choose what folder you want to save the images into

i dont have the embedded symbol or images that are embedded in the link list. where can i find them?
