First let me say that’s exactly how I feel during and after a run . The labored breathing comes to soon and after my lungs totally betray me . From my toes to my hair every part says you fool whatever you’re doing don’t ever do it again . I knew nothing about over night oats . Learned something new . You were fabulous on your own in the van . Loved how you changed the subject on poor Philly . He’s like thinking what the hell no breakfast , didn’t bring me a cup of coffee from McDonald’s . Then you say look Philly it’s a box 📦. Poor Philly . Great video this week .

July 18 2024 Maryland USA: You, Keely did awesome. I have been on yours and Philly’s channel for over a year and taking a look at video’s that I have not seen. Love the envelope ideas. Thinking of doing this with friends and family. The cauliflower make is something I am going to try. The Omni (is that what it is called that you cook with) I think is so cool. I watch also Lost In Transit with Tom and Isabell who also uses the Omnia. Missed timing on macrame make but I do live in Maryland and know it went to a lovely home.

Hi Keely love your solo video I only got my IPad back yesterday so I have some catching up to do. “Macrame “ Philly should have gone for a run and got himself some hash browns since he got you to do exercise. And thanks for the tip… I didn’t know cauliflower « branches » are edible. I usually always throw them in the composting bin.
I would really love this macrame to come to Canada … thanks to Philly for the idea of making you this so a viewer can’t benefit from it 😅

Thanks so much! Yeah i only learnt they were edible this year. So when i make cauliflower cheese i usually slice them up and just bake it all in together nom nom. Envelopes were so sweet werent they!
