Hello friiieeeends!!! I hope you enjoyed this light-hearted content! Tell me, what are you doing to feel refreshed for spring? What's one small thing you can do for yourself this next week to renew your spark and brighten your spirit? Love you all!!
You are looking so lovely in all of the outfits. I like the styles and the colors. And to be honest...you look gorgeous in any outfit and with any hairstyle. 😀 You are beautiful Sara, because you are real and living from the heart. That radiates out and inspires people to feel good about themselves too 🥰 Thanks for sharing your self-love in action. Love, peace and light to you all and to everyone in here 💜☮️✨
I loved everything!! You looked beautiful in all your new finds! Also, I love your natural curls 😍 so perfect! You also look beautiful with straight hair, you're just a beautiful woman Sara!!
Ohmygoodness THANK YOU, PERLA!! 🥰🥰. It really just felt nice to actually get dressed and do my hair. It's already back to curly, btw, that was my first time straightening it in many many years and it was just to try something different. But a good flat-ironing doesn't last forever 😆
Dude you were killing it in those outfits! This is Mandy, Isaacs lady btw 😊. Girl you were talking about stuff that I’ve been working through too, as far as accepting my new mom bod, and all the engrained negative crap I have in my head about being overweight and all that, I’m not nice to myself sometimes. But I know it’s all about accepting where you’re at and learning how to dress your body, and wow you nailed it!! You look great! I want to go and get those first plants you tried on and the velvet ones too now! I would never have grabbed those velvet pants. you are inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone too. And please keep the velvet pants they look great on you, so does the top btw. Black looks nice on your skin. ❤️❤️ Oh also love love love that jumpsuit! That’s my style now too, they are so flattering I think.
Oh hey, gurl, heeeeeyyyy!!! Thank you so much for saying all that. I'm learning how important it is to dress the body you have instead of waiting till you have the body you want. And you can still dress cute and sexy and it feels SO GOOD!! Go get those pants, mama, and then send me a picture
Oh Sara, it is so good to see you. Your hair looks just gorgeous. You look radiant. I love the idea of more fashion videos. What am I doing? I found a few videos on altered clothing. Then I found some on a clothing line called Alabama Chanin. So beyond my budget. However, one person posted she was finding men's 3XL-4XL t-shirts at thrift stores to use for the cotton jersey and doing her own stencils. I guess there is a book with patterns. Then, talking with a friend, I figured out I could just get a regular pattern I like meant for stretchy knit fabric. The embellishment on this line of clothing is what really spoke to me and is totally, completely out of my comfort zone. So I have been afraid to even think about doing a project like this. Then I go to my subscriptions and you just spoke to my heart. You found some wonderful things that looked so beautiful on you. So I'm going to find myself an easy pattern for knits. Look for some really big men's t-shirts on sale or thrifted, and do the Alabama style embellishment. Thank you Sara. Hugs! I always feel so good after I watch you. I wish you were my neighbor. You are loved.
Aaw let's be neighbors!! hehehe. I just had to go and look up that clothing line and whooooowheeeee $$$ but it is definitely lovely. I absolutely LOVE upcycling clothing and I fully support this project! And remember, just play, it may not come out the way you want the first time or the second time, but if you'e getting the materials super cheap then it's not a huge loss PLUS, you're having fun and being creative :)
Thank you for the encouragement. My style has always been very plain and "stiff". I don't even sew. This will really be stepping out of a comfort zone! You are so awesome, Sara
Oh dear.....yup. it's crazy how much the voices of others, especially those we care about can affect our frame of mind. My brothers commented on my body my entire life and I've never forgotten it. Still, the love journey has to start somewhere ❤

My grandmother made a comment about my weight when I was in first grade, and I’ve hated my body ever since…
