You forgot "Stay in School." I like the honesty of not being able to get every spot up. That is the hardest part of this job is trying to get the customers to understand that oil soaks into cement and needs to be cleaned up right away. If not you cannot guarantee that you can get every oil spot. I can get rust, I can get most every spot, but oil is the trickiest.
