My experience is awesome! I don't get shin splints anymore. My asthma isn't inflamed by exercising using these jumps boots. Running isn't boring now. Ive strengthened my core and decreased my lower back pain from scoliosis. Ive lost inches and weight of using them for 4m. My posture & balance has significantly improved as well. I also do a lot of fitbit challenges and I am able to wake up the next day not sore compared to when I didn't have the boots.
Any one struggling to lose weight and tone. Try these boots..the first couple of goes seems tough but stick at it because it gets easier and its fun. You'll be amazed of the results after a couple of months :)
