This was awesome, thank you Becky! I had watched a few of your videos after getting my boots last summer, but now I understand the steps better. :) My heart rate was great when exercising here from 140 to 170. What a great workout from home Kangoos are without being high impact.
This is perfect! Helpful to break down the moves. Slowly getting better. Lasted 30 mins in the boots!!

I Have a question the manufacturer advise to cut the Central band of the T-Spring for easier compression do you think that by doing this the bounce and jumps would be higher as well? Would you recommend to cut the central bands or not? Thanks in advance for your response.
Hi Claudia - thank you for watching. I would advise against cutting the middle band. If your boots are brand new I know they might feel stiff, but they will "break in" after a few hours of bouncing :)

If your buckles are “nice and loose”, as you say, aren’t you not getting proper ankle support? You’re the first person I ever heard say to have the buckles loose. Everyone else suggests a more snug fit, even the manufacturer.
