Baekhyun has A LOT of issues with saesang through the years. after 2015 he started confronting them. But they are everywhere, they always find his phone number to the point he doesnt even care changing anymore, they stay in his apartment door, they follow him in streets, they say a lot of mean things to him. But he's never quiet, he leaks their numbers, he says he loves fans but HATES saesangs, he was so mad when a fan slaped suho and people had to stop him from coming to her. during 2014/2015 he suffered SO MUCH, he was literally humiliated. That's why i thing he's SO STRONG and stays wanting to make eris happy. so proud.

5:53 btw, for the IU one, the fan didn't mean to hit her. IU was asking for a bottle of water and the fan threw it, but unfortunately IU got hit by it. Many people who saw the video but don't know the context blamed the fan and insulted her online, even if she apologized million times. Yes, she did a mistake, she shouldn't have threw it so hard but still, ppl don't want to stop blaming her while IU had already forgiven her bcz she apologized many times.

Baekhyun has a lot of saesangs, over the years he and every other EXO members has gone through a lot from being chased to being spied(personally and with spycams)in hotel rooms, bathroom, gym, dorm to being mobbed in street and airport to sexually harassed online, robbed of personal belongings and God knows what not.. 2014-15 was when everything was going crazy for them.. He was literally harassed and almost kidnapped and till now he is suffering from these situations.. Recently 4-5 months ago he addressed in bubble that 2female fans were waiting outside his apartment flat.. (Where no one is allowed to enter the building without permission and you can't even know their flat no. Cause everything is tightly secured) but guess what they somehow got to know about his address and were waiting for God knows how long.. He said he was lucky enough that that day his manager was with him and he was literally scared to see those ladies outside his door.. And even scarier thing is he remembered one of the girl face from his earlier encounter.
I literally praise all the idols for being this strong and willing to still continuing with their careers, their only motivation is their fans.. Plz continue to support them and I sincerely pray for their safety and happiness..

O even revealed when they appeared in JYP Party people show, that he felt sooo many times of giving up being an EXO member because he literally being stalked by seasangs and followed everywhere by fans when he is seen in public to the point he can't go out comfortably without having enough private space.... I mean if you love someone u would clearly do things to make them feel happy and comfortable not uncomfortable and scared🤦🏾♀️🙄

I just can't watch these incidents without welling up because it's clearly visible in their faces how they are hurt. It's heartbreaking to see how their faces fall because of such poor treatment they have to deal with from such rude and undeserving people who neglects their pain and hardwork. Like, these people act as if the idols force them to cheer or admire them. Like if you don't appreciate their work and it's not your cup of tea just leave and atleast don't disrespect their hardwork and the pain and challenges the idols had faced to reach where they are now. It's just disgusting to see these people treat idols as if they are not human. Not to mention how creepy it is to kidnap them and doing things without any regard for the idols' privacy or personal space.

There’s actually a little context behind that moment. Tzuyu was about to say her goodbyes until their next album, so the fan told her to stop talking cause he didn’t want to say goodbye. Although it was wrong to say, he didn’t mean for it to sound rude. He apologized and explained himself online.

about the fan telling him to whiten his skin, colorism seems to be pretty prevalent in korea- i mean it is pretty much everywhere in some way, but yeah. I've seen a lot of idols with naturally darker skin get rude comments like that from fans or even their own group members as a "joke", and photos of them are often whitewashed (even for idols with lighter skin, actually). some idols use skin lightening creams or their stylists put makeup on them to lighten their skin tone. its really unfortunate. some people will defend it by saying its a cultural difference, but that doesn't make it okay
I think what is also a problem: some Fans are too biased and don't even appreciate the others. For example: There was once a Fan who saw Shinee's Jonghyun and Taemin. I would've felt so honoured to meet both but nope...she IGNORED Jonghyun, screamed even Taemins name an ran only to him...Like honestly how can some ppl treat others so rude and than even saying they are fans???
Shinee has been doing some Vlives recently and the comments are so disrespectful. Most comments are about Taemin, even when other members are there. I've even seen some youtube videos saying that Shinee is Taemin and his fans. I get that he's been the most active recently but this is not his solo promotions. This is a group.

I know enhypen isn't here in the video. Prolly because this was made before that thing happened. But, the boys were on their way to Jeju for a photoshoot. The info about it got leaked. Paparazzi and sasaengs mobbed them in spite of the pandemic. For goodness sake! Getting crowded under normal situations is already bad but during a pandemic? That's hell. Imagine the trauma inflicted on them. They haven't even formally debuted that time. Sunoo had a lung problem and had just undergone surgery not so long ago (I think it was during 2019). Some sources said a member actually cried. Just from the videos around yt and twt, you can clearly see how shaken they were. This is just so upsetting.

Perhaps some people do not have the idea of these hate fans, the name known to them is Sasaeng, meaning that they are obsessed with hurting an idol psychologically and physically if possible, revealing their phone numbers and all their private lives, and unfortunately threatening them as they chase after them during press interviews or signing of fans or Concert

I remember when EXO was OT12, that Chanyeol had to have eye surgery to see better. Afterwards he wore sunglasses, and when he wasn't wearing he was supposed to be careful /avoid bright light ect. But a lot of these "people" where using flash on their cameras, right in his face, only a few feet away. EXO (since 2012) have hone through H.E.L.L. with Saesangs and SM and back. Some periods were worse than others, sometimes though.

This video shows you maybe 1% of the dark side of "kpop", the girl has kept away the really bad things from you. Of course, this doesn't only happen to the artists who are already known. Like, for example, the desire (out of hate or whatever) to kill someone, as happened to a member of TVXQ years ago or where someone really wanted a grp including manager to die in an accident like it happened to A.C.E (early last year). And this disgusting behaviour kept me away from entering fandoms.

the whole "use white concealer" thing is because of "beauty standards" that stem off of racism. this applies everywhere, including the us, but it's more prominent in eastern countries, where they promote that whiter skin is more heavenly and therefore fans tend to whitewash photos of artists to make them more "pretty". it's weird to me, considering they're poc, and as a black person who's gotta fight for the right to be pretty while not fitting those societal standards, I kinda just assumed people were proud of their culture cause they still have the chance to keep it. it's one of the many ways people try to gain western validation ("western" as in white people)
