The modal verbs are important in identifying the opinion, attitude and writers will in both part B and C.
All the modal verbs are auxiliary verbs, but not all the auxiliary verbs are modal verbs.
Find out the hedging words in both the questions and the answer options. This gives a clue in locating the answer to the question.
The hedging word in the question text is ‘suggest’. This is an opinion base question type.
