My father used to bring home flounder filets when I was a kid. He always baked flounder, with old bay, and a can of stewed tomatoes over top. The fish was always super moist and juicy.
It is pretty good to see brothers hanging and having such an amazing day as it was. And guys, don't know if it is the same fish, here in Brazil, in some cities at the coast, WE LOVE MULLET! We called it Tainha, and bro... That fish, grilled over fire, with some lime (yes, lime, we use lime here for seasoning), garlic and salt, GOSH! You guys could try it
being a subscriber of Ace first, then seeing Micah’s channel(start, then TAKEOFF)! i started gravitating towards Micah just because i understood the little brother matrix more..but now that’s it’s been a few years, and we all old men at this point lol(crazy to feel like our lives are parallel just from watching vids all the time) i’m happy to have been subscribed to big brothers channel this whole time! and will be sure to add both brothers back into rotation!! also, shout-out Me Ancient!! I use to always get them in Jersey. I follow the center line then filler toward the fins. 4 pieces. You did good for the first try. Love your banter together. .
I highly recommend circle hooks when fishing salt and brackish water. Its much harder for fish to throw the hook and you don't really need to set the hook either.

Loved watching you and your brother fishing together that was really comical funny I laughed a lot fishing was wonderful. Really makes me homesick to go fishing with my brothers very cool to see thank you guys both and great job on the catch can't wait to see more with both of you in it.

Love you guys. The darker side of the flounder have the thicker filets. Sucks texas closed flounder season from November-dec 14th. We have to drive to louisana to fish for them
Breech Inlet is such a wonderful place to fish. I do recommend you always wear shoes even in summer though. Last time we were there we found 3 uncapped syringes waiting for someone to step on. BTW the rocks down the beach towards the ocean from where you were cooking is a great spot as well.
