Love your WK! I just picked mine up not long ago and started by pulling the front skirting or body kit off the bottom of the bumper to add clearance in the front and waiting on the shop to call me back about my 2inch lift/leveling kit. Currently running the QT2 and love it as well as the 5.7L Hemi. Mopar or No Car LOL Cant wait to finish my WK project.
Awesome WK! Very impressive performance here, and I really like the build. I have a 5th gen 4Runner which is pretty good off-road for what it is, however I just can't deal with the motor, it's such a turd. I really want to get into something with a Hemi! Would be nice to be able to hold speed on a hill without downshifting two gears haha.
Out of curiosity, why is the hood unlatched? Good driving skills, good looking WK and great video. I'm in a an 07 WK Overland CRD myself with the OME hd lift and it's nice to see a similar rig on the trails.
It was about 110 deg out that day. My IAT was getting up around 160. Was trying to let some air in. It was slow going like this for about 6 hrs. Thinking of venting hood or some open cowl
I was wondering the same thing, but I also thought...maybe his hood is like mine, where I have to slam it to the ground to get it to shut (it could be bc of the bud deflector, not sure). I JUST got mine this week. It has some kind of engine problem (I'm expecting a valve seat drop..but unsure). I got it for a good price, just hoping for the best.
This setup was ome HD on 5100s with a 1.5 spacer. Superlift knuckles and LCA drop. It has been really done now. We are running King Coilovers for 7" lift.
I made the hidden winch plate myself. The roof rack is surco. I have tried to rip it off . Pretty durable. I have since replaced my front bumper with a bumper off a XJ. Gives me alot more front wheel clearance to climb.
@@lstruggy it's an 06 that was round trip. Down took about same time as going up. Down is a little more technical due to dropping off ledges. Up you can see what you are climbing. We went up the easy way and down the hard loop.
Yes it is a Hemi with QD2. The lift is custom built. That was a 6" with a combination of lots of components. We manufacture and sell Diff drop kits for Jeep WK and XKs. We are now running a 7" lift on all King shocks and coilovers. We help alot of people build these models. Look up our other page JJ off road. Lots of informative videos.
There is not a 6" kit available. It has JBA 6 inch springs rear with 5165 Bilsteins. Custom control arms . Core 4x4 Trac bar. Front is OME HD springs with 5100 adjustable Bilsteins and 2" spacer. No sway bars. JJ off-road fab front diff drop. Tom woods shafts. Superlift steering knuckles and Front cross member. Superlift EGR programmer for computer. JBA upper control arms.
@@Ghostman2951 what does the superlift programmer do for you? Also do the superlift knuckles relocate tie rod ends or anything else? Keep posting more jeep! I like it!
@@Johnhutchi7 It recalibrates the 4wd system for the lift and tire size. The system gets confused on what tires are slipping or not when things are changed from stock. Yes the knuckles raise the tie rod mount as well as UCA

Are those extended LCA's? What's your front end setup, looks good, and you've got some good articulation aka, not overly heavy springs

where did you find/get that front winch bumper? Which roofrack are you using? I have an ’07 JGC 3.0l with QD2… Getting ready to tackle the west!

Shoot me a email to jjoffroadfab@gmail.com I can send you a pic or answer any questions.
Did you use wheel spacers to get the stance you have or do the Rubicon wheels have enough offset to give it that poke?
Yes I did have 1.5 hub centric spacers on.
Where did you order your custom front bumper? I can't find one for my 05 wk
That there is just a hidden winch stock bumper. Look up KB bumpers.
Where can I get them rims and what’s the price like on them
Rims are 2019 Rubicon wheels
Custom d ring mounts in the rear?
Yes. They are more sliders to stay off the bumper. 4x guard (JBA) used to sell them. I just made mine.
How did u get a winch in the bumper? I am trying to get a winch in mine but the metal bumpers are super expensive
Hidden winch mount. I made mine instead of buying it. They sell them
Email me at jjoffroadfab@gmail.com. I can send some pics of mount

Yes. jjoffroadfab.com/
V6 or v8 I really want one just don’t want to buy the wrong one
If you are buying one get 5.7 with QD2.
I have a 3.0 crd diesel with quadradrive 2 and love it. The diesel is a nasty mofo and the qdii is the only 4x4 system to buy.
what are your tire specs

is this the awd with 3.7?
5.7 hemi QD2
Nice
is this he v6 i thinking of getting v6 4x4 2005
