Truck nice to see you out and about enjoying yourself. Singapore is amazing, especially if you like cleanliness an authoritarian governments lol. I do disagree about Boeing in a few things, the actual seating and the seat configurations are a choice by the airlines not Boeing. The overhead bin with the tape holding it closed more probably than not was a maintenance issue of KLM, again not necessarily a Boeing fault. Most airports usually have a more extensive layout with all the glitter and bling in the departures hall not really the arrivals hall, as you are there to process immigration, collect your bags and go on your way. And the serious looking little Asian guys with the cool hats and rifles are Gurkhas on loan from the British military. They provide security for the airport. They are Nepali (Nepal the country)infantrymen who historically are brave and ferocious fighters who fought the British so hard that the Brits incorporated them into the British Army. Have fun and don't chew gum or spit on the sidewalks.
