Playing as an Octoling Agent 3 (like I chose to do) adds a whole new element to the Octavio fight. This might be the first time you’ve seen or heard from this figure that was hugely important to your society in a long while. Like, what are your feelings about dealing with him? Gotta be pretty complex.

The new voice you gave Nozomi is perfect for her! I just love it from the moon and back! The beginning explanation certainly did not lie, it really was Hero Mode with the silliest voices you could muster. The editing concept was brilliant with the fourth wall breaks between yume and Nozomi, it made me have a big ol' laugh! 😆😆💖💖
I feel like your videos have cemented the key personalities of the agents for a lot of Splatoon fans.
Captain 3 is the stoic hardcore kind of squid.
Agent 4 young energetic squid
Agent 8 is the curious optimistic octoling
And so far with this new agent 3, I feel like she’s the smug cocky kind of squid, like Sonic. Can’t wait for more with Nozomi.
Marie's right, I don't need a Callie Tracker. I always know when she's nearby anyway because I start involuntarily squeeing.
The Cuttlefish voice isn’t actually that bad. You actually do it pretty well surprisingly…

This was awesomely entertaining, love the parts where Nozomi (NA3) gives her thoughts and dialouge. Also, the Hero Mode Crater stage music is such a zany BOP(especially the goofy gibberish part). Also, wise words by the Captain at the end.😔✊
Oooh that music is stuck in my head from the editing process! And it’s just the beginning for Nozomi! I also really like Captain’s quotes, makes me wish I’d talked to them more after visiting every site. Thanks for watching 😁👊🏾

So Cuttlefish talks about the last Agent 3 to have a hero suit . . . while giving you something that looks more like Agent 4’s suit. Did . . . he just assume that Marie called Agent 4 Agent 3?
Also, if this was something the original Agent 3 wore and Cuttlefish considered them clean as a catfish . . . it raises the possibility that perhaps Marie is very picky about hygiene, maybe more than normal people are.
The design doesn’t look like something last Agent 3 wore either, no traffic vest reference there so I thought that was interesting lol
It’s funny, it only occurred to me fairly late that they wanted to have this be Agent 3 due to this being Splatoon 3.
Yeah, made sense for them to be Agent 5 but seeing as how they don’t mention 4 even in side dialogue, maybe they did quit

My predicition is we will probably see agents 4 & 8 during the pearl & marina dlc
But I will admit if i was a voice actor i would try to voice my splatoon characters some day.
The voices you give these characters including nozomi are really impressive
No clue what 4s doing but 8 is in the DLC
Cuttlefish's voice added with him meeting lil' buddy is hilarious.
Seeing captain cufflefish without his hat and in a uncle vacation outfit feels weird to me and yet I still love it

That was extremely chill, I had a feeling Nozomi, was going to stick out in a Deadpool manner.
So it looks like she (or they) may be a great staple to the cast of OCs you have so far.
Also glad to see these kinds of videos, how it went almost reminded me of the Sunken scroll videos by four(?) and Three, Once this gets a new video, (ready and waiting for and patiently about when it gets announced) to further cement this wonderful snazzy smug little bean that is Nozomi.
And hearing the City of color instrumental and I am Octavio's theme again, just felt reinvigorating.
As usual the voice acting is absolutely phenomenal at chill vibe maximizing power, that never loses it's touch.
And I love it, and of course you as well, you inspiring wholesome wonderful person.

I love mxintymoon’s Frye voice, but I love your Frye voice just as much, you really capture the cheerfulness in her personality, I also love how you gave her more of an accent and a subtle lisp, urs it’s so adorable. She actually sounds like a vampire with this voice, I can’t wait to hear more of it.

YES, Moon will always have an excellent take on Frye’s character but during my playthrough I remembered ppl mention trying an accent so I tried to work that in! Thanks so much! I love all the callbacks to Splatoon 1 in this story, it was really fun (and there’s still more to do), thanks for watching! 💜
@@yumes_studio You’re welcome and the fact that this has so many callbacks to Splayoon 1, the Squid Sisters, Cap’n Cuttlefish’s original theme song and how introduction, literally MENTIONING original Agent 3 etc. Really makes this feel oddly like a TRUE sequel to Splatoon 1
Yume's Frye voice kinda sounds like Mayday from No Straight Roads (which is also a great game)
I think the tutorial area is like right above capn cuttlefish because the eifle tower is in the exact same crater

So, Anarchy Rainbow, basically rules my life, I listen to it like…everyday multiple times and my week long trip to London has been pain, keeping me away from my switch. Nintendo outdid themselves with Splatoon 3, one of the best games they’ve ever made on the switch. Also, that Cuttlefish be goofy, I love it!

8:17 I haven't beaten story mode head so my current headcannon is the inkling or octoling you plays as was adopted by boss ex-salmonids who got tired of fighting for their spawning grounds and now lives somewhere in peace. they let the new agent 3 go to splatsvile so they can fallow their passion for turfing... a little buddy snuck along, not wanting to be separated form their older sibling. that's my headcannon so far plz don't spoil anything in the comments plz
I loved the voice work for the video! But I’ll say my genuine reaction to the new Octavio boss fight made me scream (I never played Splat 1) and the I am Octavio remix was BEAUTIFUL you already know I banged my head to it

Great voicework. Gotta say I'm a bit more partial to the hero suit's look after you lose the jacket, just feels a bit more of a departure from the norm, especially since 4 had a similar jacket.

What I find interesting is that the aifle (idk spelling) tower probably wasn't constructed by typical methods.
Personally think that Agent 4 and Agent 8 are in their own mission separate from this one
