Hi.. You calculated this example considering 21% return per annum, which is unrealistic. I felt it like a false hope.
The average return you can expect ranges from 12 to 15% in small cap funds and that too, in a span of 10+ years..
12 ~15% is common for all equity funds in long term. Not picking the right fund and market conditions could affect our returns.

It's possible to have this return but it has dependency on several parameters including market conditions.

The 21% is not realistic, as it is shown to beginners you can show 12% average,
According to me, realistic is not something possible or practical. But there are lot of funds which gave more than 21% percentage for good investment horizon. Not picking the right fund would have been the reason for that, but that doesn't mean it's unrealistic.
I feel 12% is common for all equity funds for which you don't need to do any sort of technical analysis or comparison.
I agree that everyone won't make such an outstanding return but it's possible. Your comment is appreciable and will consider that point for my next educational videos. Keep watching and suggest your feedback, that will help me to improve more.
You are showing SBI small cap fund annualized return as 25 % for last 5 years, but I just checked in google it is showing just as 9% . Little higher than FD.
I checked before corona, you are checking after corona. That's the difference. 😉
