A loss of a loved one is a cold dagger to the heart. It's great that Terry found love again and I'm sure his first wife would want this for him. At times like that, it's best to binge Jesus...
Terry Minix is a sweetheart and treats you like family. We are so blessed to have him share his story as well as to buy a van from his company. Both are top notch! Thanks for watching, Sea Bliss!
Thanks for sharing that guys and Terry! It's not easy sometimes to share past personal traumas and disappointments. But God is faithful and He is always working to refine us and create in us a story that will draw others to Himself through us. So good. Keep those Anchor Moment stories a coming.
Terry is such a kind man and Kelly must have been an amazing kind soul as well --especially considering she adopted a child! I have another friend who lost his wife to cancer. We prayed for her so hard while she was battling it. Her and her husband, Chuck Keels, started a cancer foundation called, "Living Hope Cancer Foundation." Their motto is Get Up and Live! During Hannah's last year of life they borrowed a friends RV and Hannah drove it from coast to coast while Chuck rode his bike in front of the RV to cause attention to their foundation and raise money. When Hannah passed, we thought about naming our van after her. Jeff suggested we look up what Hannah means. Hannah means GRACE. We knew right then, that would be the perfect name of our van. It would both honor our memory of Hannah as well as remind us that we want to travel in God's grace and help people share their special moments that have anchored their faith. When we shared to Terry our mission with our van while he was showing us all of our van systems on pick up day, he shared with us his anchor moment. We are so blessed that on our first moments owning Grace, we got to help share Terry's story.
Thanks so much for watching, Peggy! I totally agree. Terry was so kind to share his story with us to try to make a difference. He truly treats everyone he meets like family! ❤
Thanks Terry! You were already my hero for being an ingenious man, now your my hero for being a Godly man. Looking forward to meeting you in a couple months when our van is ready!
Congrats David on your new Embassy build coming soon! Terry Minix is wonderful! On your pick up day at Embassy you will get to spend the entire day with Terry. He will treat you like family! It was on our pick up day getting Grace, when he first told me his story. We are so blessed he was willing to share it with us on camera. God is good!
Absolutely women have atypical presentations unfortunately now a days need to be proactive about your own diagnosis. Good to have a critical care nurse or an astute nurse as a guide bc they can tell you which doctors are better detective then others and which emergency rooms are better then others.
It was so sad that Kelly knew something was wrong and tried to get medical help but they did not recognize her symptoms as heart failure. You are right, @EPBF1, you have to be proactive about your health and having a reliable critical care nurse or a doctor you can trust. It is so important to get a yearly checkup with your doctor so that your doctor knows you well.
