1- O.H DIO is a decent char with good AI compared to JoJo MUGEN's while a bit weak for KoF MUGEN's because they utterly spamming reversals and combos. At least O.H DIO did something with reversal instakill since he can rewrite the reality. Glad that he didn't make her a pair of shoes. 2- Schlussel is the one who cheated and made O.H DIO bug. Her most of moves are untouchable because of her NotHitBy codes which makes her invincible while performing. 3- She also can freaking fill her gauge bar without doing any crap, she has a code that automatically fills it, which makes it cheaper. 4- O.H DIO supposed to start a long chain combo with his stand super, however he mostly got bugged by Schlussel all the time so he had to try it in mid air, which made her fall down and recover in milli-second in FREAKING STOPPED TIME! 5- When he hits to 0 HP, O.H DIO can overwrite his wounds and and refresh it to max again for once, while he wasn't able to do that since Schlussel kept using her LV3 Tornado and that stupid sex move. She has own special "taking damage" animations so O.H DIO couldn't cancel the normal animations and heal himself. Anyway thanks for the video, it was good to see some dialogues and fight between Lord DIO and that THOT.
You're welcome, bro. Schlussel-Pre really is one hell of a cheap lady. But let me tell you this, she's by far not the only one from my roster who was able to kill this DIO. 1. KOF Mugen bosses do spam reversals and fullscreen stuff, but hey, the video shows that sometimes DIO gets the timestop timing right and sometimes he doesn't. Should've tried hitting Schlussel first, then using the timestop to ensure that she'll be vulnerable. 2. DIO once stopped time when Schlussel had NotHitBy on, somehow transferred her into a hit state and then just stood idly until the time flow resumed, even though he could do some damage. That goes to say there's still room for improvement in DIO's AI. 3. DIO has health regen, power regen and freaking damage limiting system (not as absurdly cheap as Archimonde's one, but still bad enough). It took me quite a bit of time to make my finisher moves work properly against him. 4. That one I can't say anything about. I still can't quite wrap my head about how did Schlussel ignore the Pause state controller. 5. Custom hit states are a necessity when the characters you are designed to fight against can do a 100% combo on you from a single breaker that you can't even avoid because it's a reversal (looking at you, Black Princess Touka 12P). UPD: That being said, Touka's breaker is not that bad compared to Schlussel-Pre after the update and the aforementioned Archimonde, who use SelfState controllers in their -2 states to break out even from custom hit states.

Troy Kusanagi, The amount of hate Schussel-Pre gets, It gets in my nerves, she is a very well made character and for starters she is not Thot. That "sex attack" is kinda of a "what if it happened" kinda of an attack. So I would perfer you to treat her with some respect.

Headquarters, they have found a reading that something is invading their capture point. Igniz sent out Schlussel to take care of whoever invading the tracks.

Final Adel few I wanted to mention about this Dio..... I gave him a few new moves that the original literally didn’t have (other than time stop). This includes; Teleportation (why he refuses to do it in his timestop State is beyond me), directional knife throws (he disappears for a second) and world21 (that bullshit auto Combo that Shadow DIO from hftf Used for crossups from lack of a real complete stand), ITS A STEAMROLLER! (ROADA ROLLA DA!) And Dimension Ripper Stingy Eyes(He Seemingly Becomes A Giant Red Orb And The World Over Heaven’s Fist Comes Out Instead) although I apologize for not actually naming them.... in the cmd. He has The World Stand as an assist but he rarely uses it I think I used so much ai bar, that he rarely does it. So I would have to put it on the frontlines. I tweaked his winner phase, if he has no stand on, the world21 and the world will appear, if he does have his stand on by the end of the match; then the world over Heaven will pose). He has a buffed 12p which basically makes him a living instant kill bullet, if you have him against a character that can’t use an energy attack than you’re screwed over literally.
