Hi.... I thought to give you some info that may be of help.
I have a nurse friend in Zambia living in a Community where for about 2 months of the year there is little for the poorer people to eat.
She mentioned to me that mixing equal amounts of Peanut Butter with Moringa Powder and feeding babies and others, the rate of malnutrition has dropped considerably.
I don't have more details but thought that if it is relevant to you you could investigate further.

It is native breed or hybrid? In india commonly .we use native breed because native breed taste is good and more mineral compare to hybrid and what do you do the drumstick and the murungai flower .

Question about a couple things? Do you sell it? If yes, where? Also, I saw you placed the dried leaves in an oven. Are you using heat??? Also, I saw that you pressed these into tablets instead of capsules. Isn't heat used as well to press it into tablets? I've learned over the years that certain heat levels can destroy nutrients. thank you

You should really try to grow it. I have several trees and once established, they thrive and require no effort or watering. I grew mine from seed.
@@azgardener79 Yes! Definitely! I used to plant lots and lots of these trees. Easy to plant. I just cut in the part of tree and sow and thats it.. they grow very easy. I don't experience to grow by seed.

Yes, I have heard that too. We grow moringa (malunggay) in the Philippines for our own use. WE just air dry the leaves for two or three day away from direct sunlight. It seems to work well for us.

They aren't heating the leaves,they put inside a dehydrator, it's dry air that circulates around the leaves to dry it until crisp dry.

I saw the Thai video in making Moringa powder , they just wash it once only. Here in Cambodia they washes it 3 times and are very hygiene. They only took the leaves of Moringa not including the stalks but they are not selling it to the world, seem like for their own people consumption only.
Yeah many products in Cambodia are clean and reliable these days but we don't have brand names on the world market. Cambodians often eat Moringa's leafs with food. It has nice taste but don't eat too much because it make you diarrhoea.

I started to take moringa for pain,it soon gave me relief halving my pain but I started to have heart palpitations which I discovered is a side effect of moringa.Sadly I had to stop taking it.

Good better best if you don't have Moringa growing in your yard that you can eat fresh off the tree then you get it in a powdered or pill or oil form; you get it wherever you get it from.

It would have been interesting to see how much time was spent drying the leaves and at what temperature.
Reports are that a huge percent of the nutritional value of Moringa is destroyed if heated to too high a temperature.
Drying in a warm but shaded location is considered best for max. nutrition retention but I imagine in a Commercial business, time would be a major consideration especially when the level of nutrition left after drying is probably not done.
Exactly. I think its better to use dehydration than drying cuz you only need to remove a certain water content percentage to powder
