I think you've been watching too much TV there is no sort of thing as perpetual motion..... The ones that you have seen have been electric I would bet on
My son and I love your channel and when we watched this video he was so excited bc he's been learning about Newton's Laws in science class this grading period. He said, you are a rad dad! 😊
you know, solid steel balls of this size would probably make a better newton's cratle (because steel is more bouncy than plastic shell of a bowling ball and the higher density also adds more energy to the cradle at the start) altho all that mass also makes the balls much more difficult to pull back or slow down whith just your hands
Bowling Balls have offset weighted cores. That's why his setup doesn't work and he has to keep stopping it. Notice all the balls start swinging after just 2 clanks? This is why..
ive been really depressed today and your video of melting copper and tin in to a bronze obelisk put a smile on my face and you know. screw every channel. tonight, i will indulge joemyheck
Hmm. Those things do seem like they are "bouncy" enough to go at least a little harder. I wanted to make one of these, but I don't know about coughing up money for new (so I can match the weights easier) balls though. Maybe I'll do a smaller one with old croquet balls. Those do seem to transfer energy really well.
Could you get a ball from your Newton's cradle and shoot it fast enough out of a shotgun or something, to substantial move those bowling balls, thus illustrate the velocity squared of kinetic energy really has a major effect⁉️ - I'm asking for a UA-camr called 'Draft Science' who doesn't believe in energy. - He's in his 60s 🧓 🤬, and basically mentally diminished, and I'm saying that as a person in my 80s... - Warning ⚠️: He tries to save face when proved wrong by being over-argumentative & even hostile‼️ - Very sad that he's such a dunce. 😢
My response video link was deleted so it doesn't look like this guy's got big enough brain balls to provide any useful input. You call other people mentally diminished and you're the one playing with childish emoticons. You Defenders of your old time religion really know how to do irony.
As I believe you will know I am complaining because the subject deserves debate among people who can make reasonable arguments. It's just a simple truth that mushy under-evidenced science is just more silly religion. If a brain is going to do any good in the world it has to have the truth in it... Not silly stories.
@@wotteo702 The idea that there is non-directional energy in the universe is Holy Ghost silly. The fact that you think it's some undeniable truth just proves you don't have the reasoning skills to distinguish between fact and fable. Motion is always a vector and vectors never cancel as every car crash in history has proven. Energy can't be destroyed and momentum is energy/power. All movement must continue to move from big things too little things from little things too big things. Direction doesn't have to be conserved as the reflected photon and the bouncing ball prove.

1. bowling balls are used for bowling not crafting only toy bowling balls or pins. 2. Use toys for crafts not real stuff. 3. The use for a bowling ball or pin is for bowling not a craft.
Please do one where you just keep the balls going! Don't stop them. Every one of these, you keep stopping the balls. I don't understand.
Yes!!!
You play with your balls however you want, and he will play with his balls how he likes.

I'd rather watch it keep going, please don't stop it.

Bowling balls' innards tend to not be symmetric, often the weight of the balls lean to one side, so they aren't really ideal for this purpose.

Wow that is raad 😂😂 love that word, very cool concept
Love the work
Amazing
that is awesome. : )
You've got some big balls there. 😅
Cool
I would have thought they would have transferred more energy than they do

Bowling balls have offset core weights. Makes them a terrible choice for this project.
How can this work?
magic
don’t use expensive high performance balls.
😂
Where did you get the bowling balls?
the bowling store
