There are two things absolutely disappointing. No. 1: No sealing around drivers and terminals. No. 2: No damping inside, so its no surprise, the speakers sound bad....
One speaker foiled horizontally, the other one vertically.... Not really an optical hit. Better to paint it in one color... Not using any damping material will also improve the performance for miles... And why do you show us the job twice - the same work for each loudspeaker? When we saw how you mounted all three chassis on speaker 1, then it's not necessary to show it on speaker 2. It's the same information.
Imagine doing that to a pair of speakers just so that you can pretend to restore them! I had to stop watching when I saw the loose cotton on his jacket front.... Clearly the first thing that needed attention.
