- Hi there!
Welcome to my channel and thank you for stepping by :)
In this video I wanted to share a little recipe for a forest bath.
This was well practised by our ancestors, in modern times known under the name of shinrin-yoku.
Hope you enjoy it!
Stay safe, in love and peace.

Hi all, I hope you are all doing well and enjoy my next video 😀 Much love 💚
Dear Isa , again a wonderful video. You describe perfectly this feeling of uniqueness with every living form, in the forest. Perhaps we can imagine that at our birth we are free and full of love, without judgment, and that our minds are not yet parasitized by countless obsessive or restrictive thoughts. In your video, I can see that we can access a moment of pure happiness . The beauty of this forest, the moving appearance of the deer, everything is serenity and love. An excellent moment. 💚💚💚🌿
Thank you lovely 💚 I'm happy that I was able to convey that. And yes, we are born free yet in this world we are conditioned to forget it quickly in our life. I had my most cathartic moments in life in Nature and I am a strong advocate of Her healing powers and magic. That's why I'm doing these videos 😀 I'm lucky to meet deers here on daily basis, or even a moose, which I was surprised not to experience so much in Swedish wilderness, but then again, it turns out that all animals left to the south for the winter 😂Yes, meetings like these are pure perfection! 💛💛💛
Nature's symphony indeed! Nothing better is there, the light dancing off the water and seeping through the tree trunks..
That's so true! All we truly need can be found in Nature 💚
How wonderful it is to see you dancing in the forest 💚
Haha 😊I love dancing, but have been neglecting this (one of many) passion for a long time, so it was great to put my body in motion 😊💚
So calm and peaceful ❤️
Beautiful nature and captured 👍👌
Glad to hear you like it!🥰
Greetings from România 🇷🇴my friend 🤗. I charged up energetically watching, so did you charge when you hugged the tree.💞Have a beautiful day! ❤️
Thank you Romanian friend 😊Happy to hear that my little creation helped you to charge, that's what I wish for these videos to bring to people who watch them 🥰 Have a lovely day Călătorul 💚
Hi Isa :)
Several of the birds are the same as where I am in Sweden. The European cuckoo, of course, and the common chaffinch, to name a few.
The cuckoo is very punctual, and usually arrives here around the 10th of May. This year, it was the 14th of May.
I was surfing around earlier, and a wilderness video from Poland caught my eye.
You have some real wilderness areas there, even if limited in area, and high peaks in the Tatras.
A small herd of bison...about 500 I think it was, Beavers, deer, otters, and much more.
Hey Roland :)
Yes, that's true - when I was living in Sweden, my lovely landlady let e her book about birds and mentioned that most of them are also probably in Poland and that's true. I like cuckoo bird, it takes me back to some childhood memories. But I would really love to make friends with some raven, or a crow - they are really great birds. And yes, we do have quite a lot of forests here as well and Tatras will be exactly two hours ride from my new home, so I hope to visit. And yes, these are the highest mountains in Poland. Most of the places there are however full of tourists, so I will be rather exploring places that are not so visited. The bison specie we have here we call wisent. Or in Polish "żubr". They live mainly in Białowieża Primeval Forest (Puszcza Białowieska) - one of the last and largest remaining parts of the immense primeval forest of the European Plain. Some of them also live in in Karpaty mountain range, which Tatry is part of. Around 2200 living in the wild nowadays. So I hope to meet some of them on my trips 😉It is funny that I was expecting to meet lots of wild animals living in Sweden, but they all escaped to the south for winter. And now, when I am in Poland I can see deers on most of the days and I even saw a moose 😄 They sometimes sleep in my father's groove, behind the house. I think some of the deers live permanently in a new forest next to it, because they can be seen there very often.
@@isaoftheearth Hi Isa :)
Make friends with ravens...yeah.
I have them in the area right where I live. Sometimes they fly right over the house. When a single one does and I'm sitting on the balcony in the morning, I answer back to the call it does. And they often respond. Last time, one answered back, made a big circle and flew right by again, much closer.
A year, or so ago, I had one that usually expected me to answer back, and always called out. It was quite funny.
It takes a bit of practise to make a close-sounding call back. But over time with practise, I get pretty close.
They are very powerful birds, and you can hear the swoosh of their wings very clearly.
I really should have a video camera. I looked around a bit...so many to chose from that it seems like a chore to select one.
@@trumpetplayer6397 One day hopefully as they are very fascinating birds 😊
Not sure what recommend with a camera - youtube is always some place to look for tips. For me it was easy as my main requirement was mirrorless camera that works with vintage lenses! Perhaps these days there are much more of them 😉
Nature is a sanctuary. One to be respected and transfixed with humility and awe. We, humans, are the visitors, yet we are inextricably intertwined with Nature, which is why it brings us peace and joy when we are immersed within it's complexity and simplicity. What beckons you to Nature? 💙🙏🌳🌼🌿
Thank you for sharing 🙏True that💚What beckons me? I recognize to be part of Nature. I grew up in the forest (the one in this video) and having lived most of m adult life in cities I have developed growing longing to go back and live on a piece of land, to build a sustainable life. I love the peace being in Nature offers, the fun I have exploring everything that inspires me, the beauty and magic in all little details that I can share hoping to inspire others to see it same way and hopefully deepen their relationship and appreciation towards Nature... And the healing powerful like nothing else 💚🧚♀🌳
@@isaoftheearth Yes! I have always been in Nature, it's a part of me. Manmade environments deplete me, while Nature replenishes me!!
