I can relate you on depression and self neglect. Finally after 5 and half years post pregnancy I have started my journey to get back my strength and self confidence. I have hit rock bottom after loosing my job, got cheated by most near person, went on pills, therapy but I am grateful that I have opportunity to ask for help and working on myself.
