Realistically neither Germany or the ussr could enforce naval restrictions or reparations on the UK but still very good.
I see where your coming from but In our timeline the treaty of versailles forced Germany to pay reparations, but you are right due to upcoming events in the lore i dont want to spoil, germany wont be enforcing some of the military restrictions, but glad you liked it

Great Video but i think the Commintern would never and cannot break up the British navy because the Soviets dictrine was mostly land based and the British navy is just too good.And South Africa would mostly have the premission to annex Bedustchland and Rhodesia may stay a British colony although now a Dominion and a part of the Commonwealth.
