I do nearly the same job, but with a full lorry of cages and an average of 15 drops per day. Hard work. Pay is good also.

    Great video's bud
My only bit of advice from someone that's been on cage work for 2+years would be to always aim to load the cages on the lift so that the fixed wheels come off frist that way if you need to shunt or pull the cage it doesn't tip o er or run away from you as the lift still has control of the Twisties wheels because sometimes if there's a little dip in the pavement the Twistie wheels tends to drop in to a dip side ways as your still pushing/pulling it causing it to topple over..........also i find it easier when pushing a cage weight and ground depending if the Twisties wheels go frist incase there's a bump in to the store im sometimes able to tilt it back on the rear fixed wheels

    Hello my colleague.
U have alot of difficulties for delivery in shops.
The shop keepers must have flat metal like plate in front of Thier shop for ur easy delivery.

Had a cage tip before taking it off the tail lift with the steering wheels first….dont make the mistake I made Robert😂. I feel your pain though they type of cages are a nightmare when theyre full😂

Hi Rob, I've left the job at SS mate so won't see you in work this week. Going back to Class 1 next week on new job can't turn down £40k a year for Trunking work and only being a trailer swap.
