Anyone who's ever done fiberglass work was falling off the sofa in peals of laughter when Casey said, "...then just glass it on and you're done!" So easy!
Great product! I'm one of the people eagerly awaiting the release of the Sonex high-wing kit, due to the increased useful load it will offer and this mod will be a perfect addition. Did Casey give any indication that this mod might eventually be available for Rotax 914 or 915is installations?
Vee tail never...death wish...unless dihedral type or f-4 styled. Three aircraft I will never fly in.. vee35...anything powered by a rotec engine...or any Robinson made product( rotor wing). Sorry
I've got a question about this system. This kit looks like it was designed with the standard gear sonex/waiex in mind, but for those who are looking to build a tri-gear sonex/waiex with a rotax 912, would this kit be compatible as is or would additional modification be necessary?
Steer clear of Rotax. They have very little support. Insanely high parts prices and very poorly engineered. I’ve been correcting “design flaws” for years on mine. Literally never would own another airplane with a rotax in it.

Fiberglass work is super easy! Not the boat style, but go watch some of the techniques that Mike Arnold did on his AR-5 aircraft here on UA-cam.
Thank for your explanation to us

That’s on the list. Stay tuned 🙂
Do you do Sonex transition training?
The yellow V- tail in the background sure keeps grabbing my attention .....

@@brentdykgraaf184 You should be sorry. That's an ignorant statement.

cruise 100-150 what? Stones, roof tiles, horses, kmh, miles or knots?
You mention needing money for the vehicle a lot. Why not purchase a quality and economical japanese car. Get a Suzuki Jimny.
Or a toyota tbh
Rotax high wing sounds good to me.
