    For what it's worth, I've seen people tie a couple of ropes from the top outer bar on their roo bar up to the ends of their front bar or roof rack. They reckon it pushes aside the overhanging branches. The side tiger stripes? Well they're badges of honour.
    I reckon having a detailer partner is an incredibly strategic move! Who thinks that far ahead?
    Thanks. A great location and another pro episode. 👍

    We were down there on NY day and it was freezing, we had to race into Kmart in Esperance the day before to buy warm clothes as we didn’t pack any 😂😂

    Great episode, as always. Looking forward to the next part.
    Oh, it did look dark n stormy. I know it's typical for the area but it's still a mi d trip for me when it's summer😂

    I stumbled into the spot you were camping when we were looking for a spot. Didn't stop to say hi tho, you two looked ready to cook up a storm.

      Oh that’s cool! I recall seeing a few cars drive through that little camp area - was there an old-school jeep style fourby in your convoy by any chance?

      @@explorebound yeah that was probably my mates series I or II short wheel base Land Rover. Pretty neat little car that he rebuilt.

    Dont ya have ya car Pro Bushwrapped ?? hows the Bump Steer fix working out?

    • @explorebound
      @explorebound  10 місяців тому

      Hey mate, no the dmax isn't wrapped, although that would have helped haha. Bump steer fix is performing really well so far, front tyres have been wearing evenly over the past 10,000km.

    Are you back to a dune tent??
    Thought u were running a san hima clamshell?

    • @explorebound
      @explorebound  11 місяців тому +1

      Yeah we swapped back to the Dune a while back, we prefer the additional space inside but miss the rear access of the San Hima… can’t have it all I guess haha

      @@explorebound yeah I get that, heaps more room the way the dune opens, and to be honest, I love the low profile of the dune..
      Keep up the videos guys, my favourite UA-camrs…

    Quite literally influencers in the wild. What would be awesome is whilst promoting this as a free camping spot, you could educate people on how to do so while keeping the place beautiful. Unfortunately the place is becoming super popular and it attracts many people doing the wrong thing. A nearby beach got absolutely flogged by free campers shitting on the beach and not using a shovel-and not just one or two, 40-50 cars in one spot. Expect it to change in the coming years as it becomes more popular, just please try to keep it pristine. 🫡
