The founder of Nikola Corp. has been arrested on securities fraud charges alleging he made false and misleading statements to investors about the electric and hydrogen-powered truck startup.

If I was a Governor I would have many Sleepless Nights before I handed over that much Hard earned Taxpayer Funds.
That money could have been used for Children's Healthcare or Senior Citizen's Healthcare.
