Solent Sky Museum Southampton

Visit to the wonderful Solent Sky Museum on December 6th 2023. Friendly informative staff telling the story of aircraft production and flying boat operations from the Solent between the wars and post war. The Spitfire development from the Schneider trophy days to World War Two is also covered including the bombing raids on Southampton and its effects on Spitfire production.
