A cross between Johnny Gimble and the Andrews Sisters, but not bluegrass (IMO). I’m not a fan of bluegrass typically, but love old 40’s-style swing and Texas swing. These ladies are great ! My dad was honored to have written 13 number-one songs, for George Strait, Tanya Tucker, Kieth Whitley and others, so he had seen a lot of great talent over the years. He really liked these girls and their unique style. But, we are native Texans, so what’s not to love about these ladies ! Thx for sharing !
